"Lovely hotel in a great location!"
Lovely staff! Nice hotel but the rooms for the Savoy need updating! On the vidio it all looks wonderful but the room I was in was a shock as I expected much better. I told the staff I could not stay in the first room; I had booked a garden view, but the view was of a rooftop, my second offering was good. The cheaper rooms have old fashioned wooden decor, no separate showers! I found the bed too hard and the pillows not good. The bedding and towels are good. The food options are very complicated, BB, HB AI,then you have to decided if you are paying for AI, do you want the E Class, which would mean economy, or S class. This again causes complications! I chose the E class as I was on my own and would not be using the facilities of things available inside the hotel, and in Soho Square. I did not realise you can not eat or drink where you want and when you might want. An example of this is the fish restaurant at the beach front is not available at lunchtime on E Class, and 2 of the main bars are not available after 5pm. You can use these places but would have to pay full price on top of your AI. An example would be £7.50 for a cocktail, and £25-£30 for a meal without a drink. They need more "no meat" options The swimming pools are lovely and pool towels are available with your towel card, and also at the beach. Sun loungers comfortuble and can be in the shade. It can be relaxing at the pool as no loud music. Also there was a swim up bar in one pool.

"Excellent customer service "
Excellent customer service, felt like royalty. Good restaurant withinh hotel and in soho square. Two complaints- drains in bathroom smelt a bit and fruit options at breakfast were very limited, not the exotic choices I expected.

"Sultan Gardens Resort- great hotel"
Wonderful hotel and staff. The entertainment staff - Vee, Giorgio and Giocomo to name a few were excellent with clients doing the daily activities at poolside or on the beach . Stretching , darts, water polo , water aerobics and the belly dancing classes were great fun. The food was great in the international Buffett restaurant. We also went twice to the spice Indian restaurant and Casa Mia Italian restaurant excellent choice of food - a 4 course served in Casa Mia. The evening shows were great entertainment with different shows each night. A new pool opened for adults with a jacuzzi and gazebo sitting areas, swim up pool bar two days before our return so used the facilities. The spa was wonderful with great treatments of scrubs and massages.

"Good and bad overall at this hotel!"
This hotel is beautiful especially the pool area. It over looks a nice beach and ocean. The hotel is massive and although we weren't, if your room is in a block near the entrance, it's a good walk to the pool area. The pool/bar staff were excellent ensuring you had a lounger and towels and always were cheery and asking if we were having a good day. We had a few issues however. Firstly the promised daily bottle of water to your room was often forgotten, the main public toilets by the pool had a stench to it and construction improvements were taking place with no prior warning ie drilling etc. The buffet selection was small and repetitive although it improved during our stay. The annoying thing was having to chase waiters to get a drink as there was no tea/coffee machine available for yourself. We were on an 'Ultra all inclusive' package and still not everything was included which was really bizarre. Hotel entertainment was truly awful and if you didn't fancy a drink at night there really was nothing to do. One good thing to note was a family birthday though and the hotel prepared some tables. Looked after U.S. and provided a brilliant cake. Like I said, very hit and miss overall. The good was great and the bad was bad.

"Great hotel, great staff, great holiday!"
We had a great time here for my birthday earlier this month in June 2015. I even got a cake and a fruit bowl for my birthday - though the hotel did forget when we checked-in and so gave it the day after. The super deluxe room (#715) overlooking the sea is great with stunning views of the Red Sea and Naama Bay. It wasn't even that much more expensive than the standard rooms so worth it. The staff were super friendly and remembered you, so would always greet you when they saw you. The piano/violin player in the lobby every evening was just so brilliantly talented and charismatic! We loved sitting there every evening, sipping on cocktails and listening to him play. Probably one of the hotel's best assets! Even the lobby bar staff (in particular the chap in the waistcoat Mohamed?) were a good laugh. The main La Terraza restaurant was very accommodating since the vegetarian choices were not great but the staff/chef was willing to cook me something off the buffet menu. The exception was La Scogliera which had great food always - went back several times here and the staff (Andrew/Habib) were great to have a joke around with! The overall hotel grounds were great, excellent facilities at the pools and spa. Definitely would return again!

"Great Hotel, just unfortunate planning/timing"
This is our 4th visit to the hotel. The staff are great and growing in awareness and attention to detail around diet restrictions - they managed to work around a gluten free diet very well this time. In general the staff are extremely professional and genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel itself is in lovely condition and the grounds are very impressive. The issue that we had with this visit was putting us in an apartment adjacent to several that were going through major refurbishment. I realize that ongoing maintenance needs to happen to keep the hotel up to the high standard that they have set, but having builders, the smell of paint, and vehicles/workers coming and going from early morning until evening was not great. The hotel was probably no more than 25% occupied so I really don't understand why they could not plan the apartments used for guests to be away from these disturbances? This unfortunate circumstance would not put me off booking again at the hotel; I just hope that their management is monitoring this kind of feedback and take steps to improve their approach to planning.

"Big resort, on the beach, excellent for snorkeling"
Clean, loads of facilities and amenities. On the beach and snorkeling is wonderful. Excellent variety of restaurants, I would avoid the Coral restaurant buffet for lunch and dinner, because quality of food is poor. Breakfast is good, so I would advice to pay only for breakfast and then choose a different restaurant every day, it will cost you more but in terms of quality the difference is immense. Fantastic holiday!

    Sharm el Sheikh Hotel Destinations

Though it started as a no-frills fishing village, Sharm el Sheikh has blossomed into a full-fledged holiday town with several distinct districts. Most tourists head to the thriving Na’ama Bay for its snorkeling spots, luxury spas and glittering nightlife, but the 4 star hotels in nearby Nabq Bay offer a less frenetic — and equally gorgeous — place to hang your hat. Both areas feature a seemingly endless array of boutiques, restaurants and outdoor activities, but Nabq gets a wondrous boon from its position in the Ras Mohammad National Park. Head to Na’ama for the diving; stay in Nabq for the comparatively hushed red-sand beaches.

Of course, you might find the perfect hotel in Sharm el Sheikh neighborhoods like the bustling Old Town or reef-fringed Shark’s Bay. In a city this dedicated to unforgettable getaways, it’s tough to go wrong.
