We had stayed here before and enjoyed our stays. I have learned to call ahead to make sure the pool and hottub were open/working before our visit. What I should have asked is if they were hosting a large gathering of (mostly unsupervised) junior boys hockey league players. You get the idea....

Clean, quiet and free breakfast, was great. Coffee, easy parking, polite staff.

Third time staying here. Always have received excellent serived. They are located next to a house that has a license for exotic animals and the owners let you visit and pet them for free (donations are appreciated. Seems as if every year they have new animals and better surroundings). So when you look out the window you will possibly see a camel, zebra, Llama's and goats. There are numerous other animals in nice big cages also. There is a indoor pool and jacuzzi that the my girls age 8 and 10 love. They also serve a wonderful breakfast that has a waffle maker, cereal, juices, bagels, hash browns. We fell upon this place accidentally on our trip to a friends cottage and we now stay there every year because of the animals and excellent restaurant next door. (Torch Light Inn, excellent fish fry, Italian food and salad bar). Bring carrots for the animals next door and have fun!

Ice machine out of order and hotel could not keep up with demands for bags of ice. Breakfast less than desirable.

bathroom was too small, no exhaust fan, worker the putting out the breakfast was more interested in sitting down and watching TV in the lobby than assisting guests

Excellant hotel, we will be going back soon.
