Room was dirty, fingerprints on everything, dusty, bugs in overhead light, tv worked but has a blue tint to the screen that makes it almost impossible to watch. The door did not shut right and left lots of noise and light in.

The property was literally right as I got off of interstate 40 East off-ramp I came to the stop light and it was right straight across from the off-ramp very easy to find and you don’t have to drive across town the try to remember how to get back the the interstate. But the best thing I like is the customer service Cayla really goes above and beyond to make sure the guests feel comfortable and doesn’t want for anything and makes it personal too I like thats ,you never see that.it’s clean , quite, feels safe and places to eat walking distance all round. Great place

The hotel is immediately off the interstate and semi's can be heard all night long. Rooms are beginning to show wear and abuse; coffee maker was absolutely filthy (something growing in it?). Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was comfortable. The biggest downside was inconsistent hot water. In the evening especially it turned cold in a hurry.

Hampton Inn has always been our go to place to stay, however this last trip2 of the 3 Hamptons were far below their standard of quality. Both rooms had a dank musty smell, the elevator carpet in one was absolutely filthy with food on the carpet lights didiwork in one room, the thermostat readout was broken and wallpaper coming off the wall in the bathroom (abt. 5 feet long), a guest actually asked the front desk person for a broom and went out and swept the entrance. I have liked Hampton for years; I hope this isn't their departure from the quality we've come to expect. Dr. C

Here for a dog event. All good, the only thing missing was more grass to air dogs. Other than that, people nice, room clean, all good.

It was great, we was there for the state basketball tournament and I used the online app to check in and loved the digital keycard. No hassle and no wait in line. Loved that it was close to restaurants, I just walked across to get food. Easy access for on and off the interstate. The only thing I didn’t like was how soft the pillows were, there was like 4 or 5 and I stacked them all up and leaned against them and they barely felt like 1 pillow, they went flat when I laid on them, other than that everything was great!!!!
