Cons: Don't enter into people's rooms and steal things. Repair your rooms so there isn't chipped plaster everywhere.
Location: Family and shopping
At first, our room was nice. It was clean and it was neat. We were happy to find a hotel that accepted pets and was nice. However, the room did need repairs. In the bathroom area the toliet was loose and plaster was peeling off the walls and several places. The TV hutch was leaning. None of that was major as we wouldn't be in the room much since we were visiting family for Thanksgiving When we came into the room on Thanksgiving, we had suspicions someone had been in our room since my computer and all the bed clothes had been thrown on the floor. Besides for that, we didn't have any proof--so we didn't say anything. However, when we got home on Friday the 29th we discovered two things that upset us greatly. 1. Apparently someone HAD come into our room as we discovered that some stashed cash ($107) was missing. 2. We'd been overcharged by $360 dollars which made our back account go into the red.

Motel RoomPosted Nov 5, 2013
Disappointed at appearance of room and over all appearance of motel. The continental breakfast was terrible. Will not be returning there.

No maid servicePosted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed 3 nights. We did not get Maid Service the second day. I had to walk to the Desk to get clean towels and wash cloths. No, I did NOT have the Do Not Disturb Sign out.

On west side of townPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was on the main route through town. Easy to get to and from eating places and shopping. Good value for the money.

It was very convenient for where we had to go. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. There was no freezer compartment in the refrigerator, so I asked them to keep my ice packs frozen until we left. They were glad to do it. Breakfast was minimal. The room walls had mildew on them around the bottom. It looked like they had replaced tile recently but did not repaint. There was still glue on the walls from the old tile and the bathroom door, the hairdryer and the coffee maker were not very clean. The beds were clean and comfortable. All and all we were ok.

Pros: The beds
We stayed here for 2 nights this weekend. I booked it a couple of weeks ago, pre-paid, and THEN saw some pretty bad reviews so I was nervous, but it really wasn't so bad. It's technically a motel, which I didn't expect, but it was renovated somewhat recently so it was clean and comfortable. Not a 5-star by any means, but we were okay. Even after "renovations" it was still pretty dated. The lobby smells musty and the front desk staff weren't all that friendly, but they weren't rude. The comfortable beds were by far the best part. They have a memory foam top, and we slept better there than the following night in a different (more expensive) hotel in a different town.

This was one of the older Days Inns that I have stayed at. It showed its age. The staff was not very courteous when we asked for extra towels for the pool. The pool was not clean. Housekeeping failed to change the linens each day during our 4 day stay. Continental breakfast was small but adequate but when I asked for some fresh coffee at 9:15 am I was told that the breakfast ended at 9 and there would be no more coffee till tomorrow. I will not be staying there again.
