Pros: Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms.
Pleasant stay - everything you need. Business center, Wi-Fi, breakfast, hairdryer ... all the amenities. Check-in and check-out are easy. Perfect for the weary traveler.

Hampton Inn met my expectations

I was in town with my daughters and a friend for a concert. The location was good. Positive- friendly service; Neutrogena products in the room; they advertised the duvets and sheets were washed daily. Not-so-positive- jets didn't work in the hot tub in the pool area; the beds are hard; the breakfast eggs w/cheese were cold and hard. the ceiling in the pool area looked to be covered in mold..or at least water damaged; table we sat at for breakfast all but fell over when we sat our plates down.

Staff was nice shower was disappointing very low pressure on third floor. Booked this hotel for jacuzzi but stepped in ice cold pool was hot though. I think plumming was messed up. We wont stay here again.

Disappointing

Pros: The closeness to the event.
Cons: Staff service
We checked in very late (3:30 a.m.) after notifying the front desk earlier that day. We had to search for 10 minutes to find the front desk clerk. Upon checking in, the front desk clerk had difficulty finding our reservation and had me sign a piece of paper with my address on it. The room smelled very strongly of disinfectant, so much it was hard to believe. After resting for a few short hours, we checked out and there was still some great confusion about my credit card number and the front desk clerk wanted me to write down my credit card number because it didn't go through. I continued to question him about this because I didn't feel comfortable writing my credit card number. He finally said nevermind and let us go.

Nice breakfast.
