It had a kitchenette, but i had to go down to the front desk and borrow, pots, pants, plates , utensils etc. everything. there was nothing in the room. The room smelled like smoke even after they cleaned it 2x, the top of the frig was dirty, had crumbs and hair on top, TV remote was broken, there was no breakfast in the morning, the property was terrible looking, trash all over, there was a screen from on of the rooms on the ground, one of the light fixtures was broken and had capped live wires exposed outside. There was always an employees beat up car parked by the front door most days. I will never stay there again. Oh i was told that I would not get a refund if i checked out early because i booked it via Expedia, the next day I checked out and they gave me a credit with no questions.

The exterior of this property was inviting and attractive. The front desk young man was professional and friendly. The hotel itself was creepy, dingy, and very outdated. The room was the same, dingy and outdated. The carpet was old and worn. The bathroom didn’t appear to be clean or sterile. Although we didn’t use the kitchen area, it too was old and worn. My daughter beggged to leave because she was so grossed out by it. Fortunately we only needed a place to sleep and were able to leave in the morning. The site said free breakfast which was coffee, granola bars and packaged muffins. We would never stay here or stay in this chain again.

Situated up on a hill away from highway and noise is minimal. Exit off the Rte 8 highway is directly across from the hotel, making it very convenient. There is no restaurant on site, but there are many within about a mile and two grocery stores. Also stores are on this road (Bridgeport Ave). Front desk is very responsive to questions and needs.

My first 2 nights I was in a dirty deferred maintenance room. The shower curtain rod was taped together and It caused it to lean oddly and the curtain would not even stay shut. Nobody had been cleaning the bottom outside of the toilet lots if dirt and hair. Smears all over the mirrored closet door in the room and the picture . The outside hallway had a horrid smell!! on my second night people were making all kinds of noise out in the hallway at 3:30 AM. Also upon my arrival I kept waiting and waiting for someone to check me in we even used the house phone to call the hotel to tell them we were standing at the check-in desk we could hear your phone call ringing and ringing but no answer. I was actually starting to get nervous that I couldn’t check in because there was literally no one coming to the desk. Ended up staying a third night and to be fair the room was beautiful and clean because it was a different room! Had checked out but then needed to stay an additional night and there was nowhere else to stay . The second room is how it is supposed to be. Extended-stay is usually beautiful and clean I will not stay here again because I don’t have any way of knowing what type of room I will get. I’m very disappointing because it always has been lovely to stay there but not anymore, If they can guarantee that I would get the second lovely room and not that disgusting first room then I would stay. Very very disappointment in extended stay. Until this I had trusted them.

The trash from the previous residents hadn’t been emptied, lightbulbs didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing and the toiletries were minimal. Constant noise, even in the middle of the night, and obnoxious cooking food odors in the hallway.

Hotel room wasn't ready for check in guests! There wasn't enough pillows for two person to sleep. I and my wife, we had terrible night by not sleeping with comfort as it was usually before.
