“Disappointed again”

We had a bad experience a year ½ ago but since this was the best price for the area I decided to try it again. Room was as advertised. However – the sink ran so slow there was standing water for several minutes. On our first morning the maid service showed up while we were eating breakfast and continued to clean our room instead of returning when we left again. We got to watch as the glasses and coffee cups were left in the sink to clean and then wiped off while the maid wore the same gloves she cleaned the rest of the bathroom with. Use your imagination. … Never again

“Friendly Staff”

“LOVED IT!”

“Not What I Expected”

The quality of the hotel itself was OK--a 3 or 4 rating--and the staff was very friendly, etc. I was #1 expecting to be closer to the coast and #2 expecting the coastal areas to be pretty. The coastal area(s) closest to the hotel were mainly industrial in nature and quite frankly, rather "slummy" looking.

“hotels are great”

Had a nice time at this hotel. The room was comfortable. The hallways and elevator were not that comfortable...I assume they are not air conditioned! Some items that were used each day did not "reappear" each day...I would have been happier if I knew that the bed was adjustable in firmness. Not a bad place...could use some improvement in daily maintenance.

“Love Hilton Garden Inns”

Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast buffet or cook to order are delicious, offer a wonderful selection, and are very reasonably priced!

“A standard Hilton Garden, which is a "standard" I find dependable.”

The hotel was refurbished on about 2006. The decor is very pleasant and the rooms are in very good condition. Covered parking is available at the rear entrance. It is located less than a block from Route 8 and there is shopping and restuarants nearby. The price seems to be below that of nearby hotels and I think it is every bit as nice as those more expensive hotels, making this a bargin.
