1st room had no heat. 2nd room had issue with sink & toilet. 3rd room had no hot water to begin with but was repaired later.

This hotel was very dirty.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything from cleanliness to safety.
Location: We were in town to go to a funeral so it's location was good for where we had to go.
We felt unsafe and the hotel room was very dirty. There was ice and snow on the ground that hadn't been shoveled or sanded / treated.

Ehhhh not again

The staff was somewhat rude and I didn't appreciate the surprise $12 charge just because soo I ended up paying $80/night

My apology for the billing confusion. It seems your reservation was booked under spacial promotional rate plan that requires minimum length of stay. If you cut short your length of stay the rate changes to our Best Available Rate and you are billed for the difference. Please be advised that special rate plans do come with restrictions and once booked, guest has little or no flexibility. Paul Patel, GM

Cons: everythingnothing good other than coffee room had odor
Location: shopping eating good
not the room i booked on line didn't have the tub, fireplace and the room was not shown on line like this. I would not tell anyone to come here and other people need to know what its not.

Perfect for a getaway

Renovated and looking sharp. Super friendly staff. All my needs were met, and I enjoyed it so much I added an extra day to my stay (which was also easy to book same room) Everything was great, would totally go back again and again.

Rest stop on a one-day getaway

Just what we needed for our one day get-away: A nice relatively quiet (if you can ignore the heating system) budget friendly room to relax, watch TV and sleep before leaving the next day. It has a good location for finding food and the basics. The fridge seemed to die on us. Happily we did not have any real perishables. I probably would not do breakfast there again. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Nice stay for a good price

Comfortable, clean, quiet - all around great experience! I stay here whenever I'm up in Harrisonburg snowboarding and I'll keep coming back.
