Very disappointed the hot tub didnt work. That was the only reason we booked this place because other area hotels did not offer this amenity. One half of the hotel faces the highway and its very LOUD. They even leave earplugs in the room. We ran the fan on Constant and that seemed to drown out highway noise a little bit. Shower was noisy and not great water pressure. I ultimately felt betrayed by the reviews I saw because they were so high and I usually find the reviews trustworthy. Breakfast was good and hotel seemed clean.

The staff was warm and welcoming. The area was safe and secure. Very close to the interstate so the rooms on the even side are loud if that others you.. ear plugs provided.. I would stay again!

Pleasant lobby and staff. Liked later check out time & availability of continental breakfast. Not sure why Expedia and/or Hampton Inn set us up in a handicap room? Bathroom was institutional-like - ugh. We were exhausted from travel, so stayed put, but would have been nice if we were informed at check-in.

This is a typical Hampton Inn. It was clean and in well-enough condition for its age. We had a room on the highway side of the building so it was a bit noisy at night with the large trucks going by. I ran the a/c which alleviated most of the noise. The hot tub was pretty good and the pool was a hit with my son. Breakfast is exactly what you expect- The obligatory waffle maker, plus some hot items, muffins, cereal etc. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Fine. Beds are hard and we didn’t sleep well. More like sleeping on the box spring. Did a little cleanup when we got there. Remote needed a wipe, etc.

Shenandoah Vacation
This was the nicest hotel I spent a night at in a long time. The whole interior felt and looked clean. The desk clerks were friendly. My room had a great view. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options. My personal favorite was all the toppings for the waffles. I would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Fast check-in, room was clean including the bathroom. Free breakfast was pretty good also, as far as the usual free hotel breakfast goes. Check-out was just as fast as checking in. Would definitely stay here again!

Desk staff very pleasant and competent. Cleaning staff very friendly and accomodating. Poor ratings now. --->WIFI exists but good luck signing in. (this was a problem a year ago!).Not worthy of a Hilton facility. (maybe privately owned with no corporate guidelines/oversight). TV local channels only except for some cable news and ESPN. (no cable directory although it exists on channel #1). Two day stay-day one OK. Day 2 juice machine out of service and coffee was available but you had to jump from dinning area to reception to get product-kitchen staff was pleasant but needed direction! Front desk staff exceptional both day and night
