Experience was horrible... fire alarms went off and continued for almost 2 hours! Don't know what happened but police surrounded the hotel. Front office did not respond to phone calls. No explination from police or hotel staff! Nor did they check on guests ( or at least us).....by staff or police, fire officials! Offered no explination at check out! If another hotel was available at 1 am we would have left!

Convenient

Pros: Convenient, quiet.
Cons: Keep non-smoking rooms for non-smokers. Biscuits were dry and eggs overdone.
Non-smoking room had been smoked in, and perfumed spray didn't cover the odor.

Old hotel needs updated.

Pros: Quiet at night.
Cons: Larger area for continental breakfast.
Location: Historic Culpeper great walking town, Belmont Farm Distillery
We had 4 rooms booked for 2 nights. After the first night, front desk called and stated one room was booked for only one night and they had no rooms available. We had confirmation from expedia and signed a sheet on arrival that we were staying for two nights. After much arguing were allowed to stay, one room got upgrade. Rooms smelled heavily of smoke,need updated,old and dark.

B+ Hotel

Not a bad hotel at all. Room was pleasant. Checking in was pretty painless. Beds and pillows were soft. Quiet hotel in a quiet area. Breakfast was good. My only complaints, albeit relatively trivial, were that the breakfast area was pretty small and cramped and the weekend breakfast hours are a little irregular (6am - 9am). Good hotel though. Easy access and a decent area. Keep up the good work.
