For a medium/low price hotel, it was OK....better than average....

“Good cheap hotel, pity about the guy working the desk”

I had a very pleasant stay. Hotel was cheap, room was clean, and the bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Too bad that the employee working the desk when I checked in ruined the good impression. He was rude, terse, slow, and not terribly competent.

“Not Impressed”

Room appeared clean but worn; odor free. Two lights did not work, towel rack loose on wall, no ice bucket and could not easily locate hotel clerk for replacement. Continental breakfast was meager at best. Purpose of trip was for funeral of close family member...no time or interest to pursue small stuff...things just needed to be there and work. Would not stay here again.

“Culpeper Trip”

The was the absolutely most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom light was not even in working order when I checked in. The staff was rude. The air conditioner did not work properly. I was afraid to touch anything or even take my shoes off. I would never recommend this hotel to even my worst enemy! It should not even be listed on the Expedia site.

“The Dump”

The hotel room had old crudy furniture. A chair that was like something they found on the side of the road. The owners when we checked in were blah and not friendly at all! I would not recommend this Motel to anyone!

The carpet was old and dirty, in general not clean, the bed was destroyed, my host that i sent there has had to leave the hotel with a day in advance
