“Great Experience”

I have stayed at the Crowne many times and it never fails to disappoint. It has a central location with a nice mall and theme parks around it so there is plenty to enterain you. The service is great and the hotel is beautiful. When I left I forgot to check my closet so I left a shirt behind. I called them later that day and not only did they find it but they laundered it for me. The restaurants have great food with the breakast buffet being truly awesome. I love this place. Wish I could live there.

“Remember the fabulous Westin is just next door!”

Not a bad hotel, the Venetian theme is a bit tacky, no when near as stylish as the venetian hotel in las Vegas. Thing is the Westin next door is just miles better and it's only a few dollars more. Wouldn't stay here again, give both of them a try and decide for yourself.

“Very Good Hotel”

Very good location for families with kids. Three theme parks in walking distance. Nice decorated and comfortable rooms. International breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Area recommendations

This area is good for kids' travel but not for shopping of cheap stuff. For this you need to take a taxi for 20mins.

Family-friendly activities

Splendid China is a very nice place to see a lot of China in one place. I recommend renting one of the slow motor bikes in order to reach all around the place with kids

“Safe Choice”

As with most higher end hotels in China this is a safe choice to stay. Nothing really made the hotel stand out from the crowd. My only negative was the business centre would not sent a package for me and told me to find somewhere to get a small box. However the young guy at the concierge desk fixed up everything including posting the package for me. Maybe this guy should run the business centre.
