Old but really good
The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by housekeeping staff in the corridor whenever we passed, you don't always get that.Free parking and a a great location, very close to OCT Harbour, Shenzhen Bay Park..

The English speaking staff, didnt understand English. Example: no one could give us restaurant hours. Pointing to pizza on menu talking to English Speaking waiter, I got spaghetti. 2nd cup of coffee was only hot water added to same cup.

This hotel was very comfortable to stay at and it was only 1 block walk to the nearest MTR station...very convenient for traveling to different parts of Shengzhen.

Everything was great with the exception that we were woken up early both mornings of our stay by the hotel staff. The night we got in wasn't until nearly 3 AM due to a delayed flight, and someone not only knocked on the door at 8:30 to clean the room, but then opened the door to start cleaning! With such a late check in I wish the front desk had alerted cleaning staff. It was far too early to be cleaning on a Saturday. The next day we were woken up again at 8:30 because they were trying to deliver laundry to us, but it was the wrong room. We wanted a relaxing weekend, but unfortunately had both mornings start much earlier than we had wanted or expected.

Subway right outside of the hotel. Very convenient to go around. Staff were very helpful, helping us call taxi, lending us extra umberlla, and sending out overnight delivery packages. Room is spacious. Bed is equivalent to king size bed in states. Bathroom has tub and shower. I am sure hotel was top notch when it was first opened. Over the time, lack of high quality of maintenance, the hotel now shows its age, such as carpet. But still clean and acceptable. The only problem we encountered is, our booking indicated free breakfast. But hotel only offers 2 people per room when we checked in. They were able to honor 4 of us when they reviewed our booking. Breakfast was high quality, combination of western and Chinese style food. Overall, we are very happy with our stay

Terrible! I can't believe it is a 5-star hotel and nobody speaks English. It took me hours to understand how the internet works. Once it worked, it connected but so slow that I could not get any emails. Service is terrible. I do not recommend this Hotel.

Nice hotel in a business district. The room is decent and the front office staff are efficient and English speaking. Very convinient as the metro station is right in front. Not many eateries nearly though.
