One of the better stay in Shenzhen's Nanshan area.

Hotel nicely air conditioned on a hot day! A little far from the Nanshan subway station.

Good value for money

The hotel has comfy beds, the first room they gave me wasn't really non-smoking so I asked for another one, which turned out to be ok. The neighborhood has plenty of food options, a larger shopping mall is about 20-min walking distance. Make sure your booking REALLY comes with a breakfast - I booked mine with (according to hotels.com), but when I arrived I was told that non was available (am still waiting for hotels.com reply). Would stay again

Nice room, horrible service

the rooms are great, I spent there 10 days for a business trip. the location is not really comfortable and public transportation are not nearby. bit problem is the reception, rude, unfriendly and they barely understand few words of English. if you are not Chinese, stay away, because all business is oriented to locals which get first priority. disappointed is not enough

hotel grand soluxe - nice business hotel

i stayed in the hotel for 1 week, the location is very good, main road close to many business offices. the main problem during my stay was the very bad internet connection.it works so slow that I had to wait until very late in the night in order to connect to my mail and receive my mails. the staff is nice butmost of the reception personal does not understand English very good

この近辺では抜群のコストパフォーマンス

スタッフの対応や客室、施設の清潔さなどはとても良い。　徒歩1分で日本料理も2件あるので、周辺環境もまぁまぁ。　それに加えて価格も手頃。　唯一困るのは、タクシーが朝捕まりづらい場所にあること。

호텔 시설 전반적으로 깔끔하고, 숙박에 불편한사항이 없었습니다. 인터넷연결은 유선, 무선 모두 사용하기에 크게 불편함은 없으나, 속도는 모두 느린편입니다. 다음번 출장시에도 예약할 만한 좋은 호텔 중 하나입니다.

素敵なホテルです

室内はとてもきれいです。絨毯、カーテンもシミがないです。コップも磨かれています。フロントはほぼ英語が通じます。タクシー拾いやすいです。部屋によってはバスタブがないです。食事、税込でRMB450はとても安く感じます。

満足できるホテルです

部屋は清潔感もあり、バスタブ有りのバスルームも広々としていてよかった。喫煙者には喫煙ルームの手配もありがたい。朝食のビュッフェもまずまずの品揃え。周囲には飲食店なども多くあり、便利な立地です。

綺麗で高級感があってよい

短期の出張で利用しました。改装後なのか全体的に綺麗で高級感があってよかったです。近くに駅は無いので基本タクシーかバスで行動する事になりますが、ホテルの前にタクシーが止まっていて困る事は無かったです。周囲は日本人向けの飲食店が多いエリアですが、集中している場所からはやや外れにあるので、初めて訪問する人はわかりにくいかも。知っている人に教えてもらうなど事前確認をオススメします。
