Lovely staff!! Expedia gives a very good rate when i booked last minute. The service was great, they have loads of automated things but that did not stop the staff from being attentive. The room is clean, not very big but plenty of space, very modern and comfortable.

Review of my stay
The service offered was excellent from the front desk, housekeeping, cafe and bar. The room is big, layout is good and the bed is very comfortable. However, I am confused and somewhat annoyed when the guy manning the counter at the gym and swimming pool area said I can’t swim in the pool because I don’t have a swimming cap. Say what? How many of us bring along a swimming cap when we travelled.

Please note that the incident of denying a guest access to the pool was a true exception to our normal practices. In China, wearing swimming caps in public pools is a regulation by the Chinese government that every hotel has to follow. Swimming caps are available for purchase at RMB 35 in our boutique on the 6F.It is with regret to hear that our staff member failed to mention that to you. Please accept my apologies. Checking into the hotel was very easy. The rooms smelled like mold and cigarettes, despite the claims of being a non-smoking hotel. They had a nice “ turn down “ service where a cute box of soap was gifted. There is a “ Happy Hour” deal on the 27th floor that offers food and beverage for 105 RMB. The cooked food was ok, since the trays were not heated. The unlimited drinks and snacks were nice. There is also a free shuttle to the airport which is 40 minutes from the hotel. It runs on a schedule so make sure you look up the times of your journey.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and speaks reasonable English. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The pool is nice too. Good location with a short walk to the MTR.

Great experience all the time, we always choose this hotel when we have business trip in Shenzhen. Just this time the flower flavours in the hotel is too strong and cause my nose allergy.

Surprisingly Great Find
Who would have thought a hotel connected to an airline would be awesome? I scooped this up because of discounted prices and expected something tolerable but to my great surprise discovered a 4 star hotel that was very comfortable, clean, and well-positioned in the city. Much better than the Marco Polo in Coco Park, arguably on par with the JW Marriott down the road. I'd stay here again.

Great location central and near metro and shops...
The hotel is very nice and the staff are exellent. Room was tidy and clean the bed was a bit hard but overall nice place to stay and pamper yourself if you want to and plenty of good food in the hotel restaurants
