Pros: Location & a great breakfast, well presented and lots of it.
Cons: Bathroom showing it's age.
Location: Right on the river Thames
A great location and good value, parking a bit limited, room dated but quite adequate for our one night stay.

Pros: Quaint and relaxed, good value too
Cons: Parking can be an issue, but always a space evntually found.
Location: superb setting like a village by the river, several pubs and restuarants nearby
I stay often, always a relaxed and pleasant experience in a nice setting away from the London bustle.

Nice Hotel, shame about the late Breakfast!

Posted Oct 20, 2012
Pros: Nice polite staff, quiet and clean hotel by the river
Cons: No Cooked breakfast until 7.30am :( Only Cereal and Toast beforehand :( So do not pre-pay for Full Breakfast if you intend to leave before this time.
Location: Nice location by the river
Good reasonable hotel with a nice location. Shame about breakfast :(

Good value but dated.

Posted Oct 12, 2012
Pros: Low Price.
Cons: Very dated.
Location: Handy for west of London.
Clean but very basic. Rooms are very dated, I felt I was going into a 1980's bedroom in a "commercial hotel", and the whole place needs a make-over. However, it is relatively cheap for the area. Staff are obliging if a little amateurish.

Overall a nice place to stay

Posted Apr 6, 2012
Pros: the view from the room
Cons: the bathroom!
Location: gorgeous, right on the river bank
Some of the rooms are in an annexe across the yard and whilst this isn't a particular problem I prefer a room in the main building! My room had a beautiful view over the river and a lovely place to site outside, however, it was a public patio so unless I closed the curtains (it was a nice sunny evening), my room and whatever I was doing in it was totally open to view. It was quiet though and I had a good night's sleep but didn't feel particularly secure. The room was mostly clean but the bath was verging on disgusting. I've marked that down as this really should be sparkling but in fact was covered with hairs and even small flies that had likely come in through the window. Not nice. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. All the staff I dealt with were friendly & polite. In all a nice place to stay.
