Didn't let my daughter check-in at 11:30 at nightPosted Jul 17, 2014
Cons: Look at individuals and responsible young adults as individuals and let them check in when they have driven 7 hours !!
Location: NOTHING.. they didn't let my daughter stay
I reserved this hotel on Expedia.com. My daughter is 2 months away from being 18 years old and responsible enough to be recruited to be in the WYOMING ALL STATE MARCHING BAND. When she traveled 7 hours alone to go to a MARCHING BAND CAMP, this hotel DID NOT LET HER CHECK IN>>>> AND STATED THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE MY CARD... MY CARD WAS CHARGED ANYWAY!

I would not recommend this motel to anyone!Posted Jun 4, 2014
Cons: Hire Americans!!
Nobody spoke english!! We asked for more towels and couldn't get them because they didn't know what we were asking so we had to show them a towel then we were givin one. My 14 year old son went to the front office to fill up the (MOTELS) ice container so we could have ice for our drinks and the staff yelled at my son. They told him in the few words he was able to understand the he could have no ice and he was to go back to his room!!

Getaway labor day weekend on the new road kingPosted Oct 24, 2013
Pros: the room rate was very reasonable and the bed was absolutely wonderful, the most comfortable of the whole labor day weekend
Cons: an up to date television
First night for my wife and i on our new Harley Davidson roadking. the Alamo was the first hotel we stayed in. The room was clean, hot water in the shower and the most comfortable bed we slept in all weekend. the next morning we had a continental breakfast and a enjoyable conversation with the hotel owner.

The service was non-existent, the rooms were furnished in the 1970's, the cleanliness was appalling. I would not recommend that anyone should stay at this hotel.

Nice enough non chain motelPosted Jul 22, 2013
Fine experience in this class of motel. Family run, very nice and helpful. Price is steep as its a vacation town that fills most properties most summer nights. Parking is limited,

Not worth the moneyPosted Jul 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
We were traveling through and booked the hotel because of the pictures shown. When arriving it was not what we expected. I have paid 10 dollars more for a room that was a 4 star hotel in a beautiful city and the Alamo just is not worth the price

Remember the AlamoPosted Jun 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Price exceeds what we received. The rooms were clean but not updated. Continental breakfast was not worth any extra money. Speaking of, got charged an extra $10 for additional adult. Had I known the extra $10, we would have chosen another hotel.

Decent stay for the pricePosted May 13, 2013
Pros: The staff.
Location: About a mile away from the downtown area.
This hotel is a little out of date. However, it has an extremely friendly staff and the facility is very clean. Overall it was a nice stay. Couldn't beat the price either.

Not a place I would stay againPosted May 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was quite dissatisfied, though the staff were very nice. My room was run down and did not feel comfortable,. I would not recommend this hotel.
