“Very nice hotel”

The hotel was GREAT! Unfortunately the in-hotel restaurant was drastically uncerstaffed (very slow service!) and the food was mediocre at best.

The room was comfortable; the services provided in a friendly manner; close to a laundromat

not the best or worst I've stayed at, the room size was ok, had a microwave and fridge! Pool looked nice, was closed for season, hot tub open. Bfast at the restaurant made room more worthwhile.

“Fits basic needs”

We got this hotel because there pretty much wasn't anything left in town that seemed standard. We were only using it as a place to sleep. When we pulled up our first impression wasn't so good. There are 2 stories to the hotel, the bottom floor has doors that are accessed from outside. Luckily we got the second story because those are a little more secure since access is from the inside hallways. We had a queen bed and the room fit our basic needs. Had a small fridge and microwave. The bed was really firm and not so comfortable but the A/C worked. The wifi was horrible and I couldn't find the outlet to plug in for internet. The bathroom was the worst part. I thought the floor was going to give out when we were taking our showers. The water didn't stay hot for long. It is an older hotel and you could see it in the bathrooms! After flushing, the toilet wouldn't fill up again so I had to remove the lid and do some handyman work. It only happened once so I didn't tell mgmt. Breakfast was at the resturant and there was a line. I thought there would be a buffet but there wasn't, it was a sit down meal. I was informed by another customer that they were really slow in the resturant. We waited to be seated but no one came to help us so we left. We didn't have much time to wait since we had to be some where.
