Good ValuePosted Sep 7, 2013
Pros: The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet.
Location: The room was near the highway and very convenient to Sheridan.
. Hampton Inns are usually reliable as to quality, and this one also proved to be a good choice. My husband and I just spent one night there as we were passing through the area. We were pleased with our room and spent a very comfortable night.

Good breakfast, good rooms. Business center needs updating. Computer was slow, printer did not print well.

Earplugs ProvidedPosted Aug 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a newer Hampton Inn, 4-5 yrs. It has the least sound insulation of any hotel I,ve ever seen. There were earplugs on the bathroom vanity when we arrived. The desk clerk said all the Hamtons were doing this?I spent 7 nites at another one before this, no ear plugs...In fact, I,ve never seen any hotel provide earplugs without asking for them. You hear talking, walking on your ceiling, bathroom noises, and if you are unlucky enough as I was to get room 124, you are next to the kitchen and can hear radio, cabinet and refrigerator doors open and close, timers beeping, all from 3:45am onward. I stay at Hamptons all the time and have never experienced this! It was one of the most expensive ones as well. There is a Motel 6 next door, which looks new and it has to be better than this, probably for 1/2 the price. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent placePosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, comfortable and had a good view. Location was excellent and the little town offered some good eating and was nice to ride thru. I would stay here again.

Ok but a bit pricey for what we gotPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
Considering the accomodations, the cost was a bit pricey for a Sheridan Hotel. I travel a LOT for work and have always held hampton in high regard. This place was low on smiles...a rickety single elevator and the room - well - I guess I expected it to be nicer. It felt dated...and abused. Breakfast was CROWDED. At other hotels, they opened up additional conf rooms to use during the breakfast rush. We were a family of 5 that had to stand and eat our breakfast until chairs became available, and then we felt like vultures. All in all - I felt we overpaid for our stay - but couldn't really complain as the room was ok and breakfast was hot. It's about a 3.5 out of 5 stars...
