We were there for the Xmas Stroll, we spent 4 mights while we drove around the are. Great place, clean, friendly all around. Breakfast was very good, nice gym as well, we stayed in a spacious suite, just what we needed. will stay there again for sure.

The hotel is in a good location. Safe and quiet area. The only reason I would not pick this hotel again is that the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors talking. Staff did a courtesy call to remind our neighbors of quiet hours. Pet fee is a bit high for one night too but other than that the rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

We had a good stay. Reception desk was fast and helpful. Ask about a Japanese restaurant and she was right it was great. Just not clear on good pet area. Most was rocky and slope. At 72 in the dark not a good thing.
A terrific breakfast which was a real contrast to the hotel we stayed in right across the way from the Hampton Inn. Plus the staff was Wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay!
Suite “sofa bed” was a pull out chair with all sorts of stains on the mattress, had to retrieve bedding from front desk. All sorts of unfinished drywall patching in the room and bathroom. Toilet was not in good working condition and constantly ran (flap would not stay down). Hot tub jets did not work. Probably the worst Hilton property I have stayed at. The property’s only saving grace was the delightful staff that did what they could to make up for everything else.

Expedia only sent one room through. They didn’t have two rooms available. I would like a refund.
The staff was very friendly, & the hotel is located near the Interstate, so we didn’t have to travel through town to get to the Soccer Tournament we were attending.
The Hot Tub didn't work.
The bed was hard compared to other Hampton's I've stayed in.
The room that I reserved over a month before my stay wasn't available.
Other than that eveything was great.
Friendly staff, clean rooms and a space to visit with friends. Close to Main Street and right off the interstate.

Upon arrival we took a picture of trim falling off wall, then found either dog diarrhea or food on floor under desk. We immediately called Lucas (front desk) who was very rude about us wanting a clean room, but transferred us to another room ultimately. After transferring our belongings across the hall I went down to ask Lucas to update the pet policy paper as we did not want to be held accountable for others mess. When l approached Lucas he was again rude but told me that he would update the pet policy but it was highly unlikely that housekeeping missed the mess. I showed him the picture and asked what he was insinuating, he said well it has been over a week since a dog was in that room. I obviously took offense and asked him what he meant by that and he further said the room has been cleaned 4-5 times and there was no way it was missed. I asked him for an apology told him he was being very rude and offensive to the point I felt in danger.
He deflected and laughed at me while dismissing the fact that he had offended me as the customer. He told me we had been there for well over an hour and how does he know if my dog did not make the mess when in fact we had been there for less than 30 minutes including registration time and moving.
Also, Expedia has the pet fee listed as 50 and I was charged 75 for the night.
I would have chosen a different hotel but was already locked in to staying at this terrible hotel. If passing through Sheridan, I would be staying elsewhere.
