Cons: Breakfast could open a little earlier (doesn't open until 7:00).
Location: Restaurants at the Occidental Hotel (recommended) were very good.
Hotel was nice, new and clean. The free breakfast offered a good variety of options. Room was well appointed. Our only concern was that we could hear every step in the room above us (we were on the first floor). There was constant squeaking and loud shutting doors. Either the person above us weighed 600 lbs or the floor was really creaky. Other than that, the room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Front desk clerk gave good restaurant recommendations.

Purchased on expedia and when we showed the front desk lady saw that our kids were with us and stated that this was a one king bed room...then just sat there..I asked if they had a roll away bed..said no, its on availability. She then said that it is an as available room from expedia..after we paid $160!. She sat there as if waiting for us to leave until I said we would make it work! :(

Pros: Everything
Cons: Slight hiccup with the WIFI. I was able to use it on my laptop but not my phone for some reason. Got a weird error message. Wife's iPad worked fine.
Location: Didn't see much - just a stop on the freeway for us.
Beautiful new-feeling hotel. Excellent accommodations. Room seemed larger than most. Loved it. Breakfast was excellent!

Pros: Convenience, cleanliness and roomy.
Cons: We registered for 4 guests, there were only 3 towel sets in the bathroom but they were quick sending the supplies to our room.
Location: Location is close to freeway entrance but a few miles from downtown. Don't miss visiting The Occidental Hotel on their main street.
I love that the check in was a breeze. We got our keys and internet log in in less than 10 min! It's all prepared and ready to go. The suite was large and very clean, I would stay here again if we're ever back in Bufallo. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: What I did like about this hotel was Tina and the lady we dealt with at the front desk in the morning.
Cons: Need to check on their cleaning crew better.
We arrived late around 9pm. Tina the front desk host greeted us warmly and inviting. We went up to our room but our key did not work. I went downstairs and told her. Instead of just handing me another key she came upstairs with me to make sure it would work. It did not. Something was wrong with the battery. because we had ordered a room with a king bed and she did not have a standard room with a king she gave us the last room with a king which turned out to be a suite. She went beyond trying to be accommodating. The room itself was very nice, but when I saw the pillow on the bed it had red spots. It looked like someone had stained it with some sort of red liquid. The maid who cleaned the room had to have noticed it but probably did not want to change it since she had already put it on. It would have been and extra 2 minutes but she probably did not care. Also when I went to make coffee in the morning, the coffee maker had been left on. It was very hot. Another sign that the cleaning person did not care, just rushed thru it. We went downstairs in the morning and had a very nice breakfast. Everything was clean and well stocked. You could see that the gentleman who takes care of that area cares. As we were checking out I told another woman at the front desk what was in the room. She also was very nice. I definitely would recommend this hotel again brcause after they read this the problem with the cleaning crew will be fixed.

Out skirts

Nothing special, our family was there for a wrestling tourney and got snowed in for a second night unfortunately . The hotel is newer and the rooms are nice but they aren't very clean. There was about an inch of dust on everything and being the middle of winter you don't really expect to see bug carcasses laying around but "surprise". Beds were nice but don't expect to get any sleep from the pull out couch. The hotel is pretty far from down town on the outskirts of town but other than that I guess it was all right. If you have kids don't let them swim in the pool, the amount of cloreen they put in the pool burns your eyes and almost instantly bleached my kids swimming suits.

I have alot of clubs for travel I suggest that you dont join HIG because after spending my money I get no creidit for the hotel stay because I find better prices than their site
