Great stay !!Posted Oct 21, 2014
Location: plenty of places to eat and steam train rides
We had a lovely stay the room was clean and comfortable , maybe another plug socket for my hairdryer would of been nice . But the staff where very accommodating and very pleasant , maybe put on the web site that there is no parking and you have to pay for parking at a carpark around the corner .

Right on the seafront plenty of characterPosted Oct 9, 2014
Pros: good breakfast, big towels evening meals well priced
Cons: only electric showers rather weak more of a drizzle and dim lighting no doubt eco bulbs that take ages to warm up before working
Were having a 4 night break on the Norfolk coast and this met our requirements, right in the town centre great food and a good bar. It was the only place in town that was full in the evenings with some atmosphere the other pubs were very empty. The only concern is there is no parkingand fortuately we found a nerby road to park the car rather than having to pay car peak feed

Great location and viewPosted Sep 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
I enjoyed my stay at the Two Lifeboats. It had a great location and view of the beach. Nice breakfast also. Rooms were nice but our mattress was foam with no springs which wasn't very comfy by the morning. Also the light was out in the bathroom and the hot tap took about 10 minutes to get hot. Shower was hot but not very powerful. Overall thought was perfect for what we wanted and Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Great location, good food in bar.
Location: Great beach, shops, theatre & cafes. Steam & diesel train ride. Good walks.
Good 3 day stay right next to the sea. Went for a quiet retreat from a houseful of builders. Perfect.

One night business tripPosted Aug 28, 2014
Pros: Position and sea view
Cons: Earlier breakfast
Location: Lovely seaside town
Satisfied with stay. Breakfast started too late for me (9am-10am) but I was pleased to receive money back and I ate in a local cafe. Very steep stairs up to rooms!! Single room had everything I needed and a lovely sea view.

Best sea view in the worldPosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: The nearness to the sea is fantastic
Cons: A new larger bed would be good.. The stairs are narrow and care has to be taken when going up and own, particularly for the elderly
Location: There is plenty to do an see. ItS is a bustling little town with plenty of places to go for a meal or coffee. The Little Theatre was great
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, a return after many years. Still a treat to be that near to the sea and indoors. It is a treat for all the senses, The sight is enhanced by the smell and the sound, on a windy day the spray even reaches the windows. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and plentiful. The atmosphere was friendly whilst very busy. The bathroom was good. The only problem was the bed was not as comfy as it may have been and being used to a king size, I was concerned that I may fall out,. It was not that bad that I couldn't sleep but I would like it to be upgrade to a king size. The room is large enough. I will be back soon

Short BreakPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Views of the sea and away from heavy traffic and the friendliness of the staff and locals
Cons: A service lift for luggage
Location: North Norfolk Railway, Coasthopper bus service that runs regularly to other North Norfolk coastal resorts.between Cromer and Hunstanton,
We arrived early after a short walk from the station and were pleased with the improvements made since we visited the pub three years ago when it was GBG listed. The bar staff were welcoming and willingly showed us to our room. fortunately carrying our case as the stairs were narrow and steep ( but it is a very old building). Breakfasts were good and relaxed, Cooked to order and not from under a heat lamp!! . We did not have the opportunity to sample the other fare as we were in Sherringham to be with a group of friends who entertained us.
