“Love, Love, Loved it!”

The hotel was very nice! They had a sign on the outside that they were "Now Open" but the clerk claimed they were just about 2 years old. Wow, they still looked new! The pool was very comfortable and inviting along with the jacuzzi for relaxing after a long fun-filled day with family. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The refrigerator did not work but it was no big deal to us as we only had bottled water. I informed the clerk upon check out and he apologized and promised to have it fixed for the next visitor. I would definately come back!

“Inadequately Cooled”

I booked this hotel because of favorable online reviews. Next time I am in the area, though, I will stay elsewhere. The hallways were HOT (as in, 82 degrees) and the room AC did not cool it down at night. One area only of the hotel was cool: the exercise room, which was quiet and set at 65. During the weekend, noisy children and teens roamed throughout the hotel. In fact, I accused my family of watching TV or the computer, and asked them to turn it down. The staff took a long time to answer the phone; it seemed to be always ringing, and they did not offer me a receipt at check-out, which I thought was poor. The breakfast was plentiful, which was a plus. Considering the cost, I was not happy with the experience overall.
