“Cannot wait to return to this motel! A true gem in Denison”

This motel is a true gem in Denison! When I learned that this motel was under new management, I was not sure what to expect at first. However, once I arrived, that all changed. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received during my stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. It is difficult to beat their rates (they are some of the least expensive in town), and the service you get is comparable to that of a four-star hotel. This motel is among the few motels that has a large pool. Other ammenities include things such as free WiFi Internet, a comfortable memory foam bed, and very attentive 24 hour staff. If you are looking for a great place to stay, I definitely recommend this place. I would absolutely stay here again!

“"Best value for the money"”

This place has changed a lot since my last visit. I heard it is under a new management.Everything about it has a freshness, and that draws you to it. I felt safe and secure, and the ambiance was just right. They also had the pool, which lot of motels in Denison don't have. The best part is it all comes with a reasonable price. Sure, cannot beat their rate!!!!

“It's a 1-star place, not 2”

A classic 1-star hotel; clean enough, but virtually no amenities. Desk staff friendly enough but clearly just trying to hang on in a tough market.

“Not good”

chips and stains on bathroom door; wash cloths like scrub brushs; no blanket, so had to run heat all of the time. Had to go to second room, because of smell of smoke (now in all of my clothes and suitcases). A group of bikers who drove and parked right in front of my room (on back row!). The last night there, these bikers drove in around midnight. The manager could barely speak English, I am not sure he understood it either, by his responses. I definitely will not return nor recommend to others.

“Concerned for my safety”

I was concerned for my safety at this hotel. I saw the police in the parking lot. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are other hotels (chains) in town. Very few conviences close.

“not impressed”

This motel would better be described as a transient respite - We arrived late and although our room was guaranteed we had to pay a deposit for room key and remote (one was not available). Night clerk slow/made us wait 20 minutes - no one else checking in - The lobby and room reeked of cigarettes and people aimlessly wandering around - room was dreary, holes in mattress/box springs/ peeling paper, dark and dingy. Not up to even 1 1/2 star quality. I have traveled for for 20 years and over the world for leisure and this is one of the least satisfactory i have seen.

Very poorly kept have to pay to use the pool or a mircovawe or a mini fridge even if its your owm!!!!

“The worst”

The room was smelly, the air conditioning loud, the carpet was dirty, the pool area loud. I left after one night.

“STAY AWAY”

As I just got done writing to the Police department and the Chamber I can only say to not stay at this Motel. Upon check in they want a deposit for the remote control. If you need toilet tissue they charge a dollar a roll, ice is the same. After dark it is drug haven. They rent by the day week or month and I witnessed drug dealings going on all night. I am not easily spooked put this motel was scary. If I did not have to leave my Grandson for even a minute I would of check out and left. Instead I stayed up all night and layed down at 6:30 am. The pool charge was $2.00 per person if you wanted to use it. God help me if I wanted a extra towel. There were food under the sheets in the beds. I was asked by several men if I wanted to spend time with them. This was with out a doubt the worst experience I have ever had a motel.
