"good location, small rooms"
Our double room had everything you could want--for one person. There is really no room even for 2 carry-on bags. But the cleanliness, breakfast food selection, and location are superior.

"Would Stay here again"
This is a beautiful modern hotel located within a few minutes walk from the major train station in Tokyo. The are is filed with restaurants and shopping of all kinds. The hotel is clean and modern and the staff were extremely helpful at all times. Nothing but good things to say about our stay there.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very nice and orderly. Knew enough English to check you in. My room's AC was broken unless I just didn't understand how to turn it on. Room 609. And the lights in the end of the room would not turn on.

"Convenient & comfortable"
Perfectly situated just a short stroll outside the immediate hustle & bustle of Shibuya. Aesthetically older style hotel but has everything you need. Highly recommended

"Lots of room for Tokyo and great in-room amenities"
This hotel is in an active part of the city but was roomy, clean and quiet. Room has fridge, microwave, and washer dryer (a big help for us - family, but BEWARE the intense drying - took some work to familiarize with how to best use the machines). The ONLY thing I didn't like about this hotel is that location is close to the far end of train station so walk to our lines was longer than at other hotels. Since the trip involved so much walking anyway I would have preferred shorter walking distance to main entrance of station.

"An escape in Shibuya"
It was unbelievable that it is so peaceful in the middle of Shibuya. A bit of walk from the station, so have roller bags, but we looked forward to our little retreat coming back from the overwhelming and awesome sights. Lots of food between the station and the hotel. Shared facilities, but you would never know. There are many different facilities to use (downstairs bath; upstairs showers; two toilets by our room). All modern bath and toilets, Tokyo style. Option of traditional and western style rooms, both are great. My sis and I made this home base for a lot of our Tokyo stay. Honestly I would of been just happy staying there the whole time. The FudoSan was so kind and helpful, and had patience with my Japanese. A small, cheery place with a touch of modern.

"Great location, and surprisingly ok"
For a business hotel the room was reasonable sized, lovely staff and perfectly located The ok rating for room comfort is due to our AirCon not working properly on our second night... When I finally informed reception they gave us an electric fan and fixed the problem -actually that was brilliant of them... Up dating to 4/5...

"Nice hotel near shibuya station"
Very nice place to stay. Room was a good size. Clean. We booked one night and ended up staying 3 nights. Only complaint is that we paid each night as we chose to stay and prices kept going up each night. If they had matched the original expedia price each night we would have stayed the entire trip. Staff was courteous courteous and courteous and spoke English. Water bottles at check in were much needed and appreciated. Located close to station and lots of shopping near station. But far enough away that we had nice quiet nights. Starbucks nearby and 7-11 for cash. It became our central hub for traveling around Tokyo. Not much open in this area early, shops mostly open at 10am but stay open really late. So sleep in a little bit more before heading out into Shibuya and stay out late. Would definately stay here again.

"Functional and well located"
The location of this hotel is definitely its best asset. The place is cleaned but the room is as small as a Tokyo hotel can get short of capsule hotels. If you are like me and staying in the room is at bottom of your list, than this is a good choice. If you needs any sort of amenities or a spacious room, then you should look elsewhere.

Pocket Guide: Shibuya, Tokyo Shopping Hotels

A busy, youth-oriented shopping district, Shibuya is equally famous for the NHK studios, Olympic gymnasium, and “Hachiko”—the statue of a faithful dog. On weekends, its Harajuku area is abuzz with the meeting and mingling of Tokyo’s most fashionable teens. Neighboring Ebisu, a short subway ride from here, offers a pleasant, quiet alternative to Shibuya.
