"great hotel with great service & location"
The staff was very attentive and very nice. The room is very nice and view was great as well. It all depends on where you go around Tokyo, but it is close to HANEDA(Tokyo) airport and Shinagawa is a convenient location. It is expensive over all @restaurant, room telephone, etc but I will stay again.

"Very cosy stay and definitely enjoying the hotel"
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Being there in the winter, humidifiers were already pre-installed into the room. Spacious bathroom and super awesome bathtubs. It's very closed the Shinagawa station which is one of the main train hubs with shuttle running every 15 minutes. Newly renovated room. I would stay here again definitely.

Pocket Guide: Shinagawa, Tokyo Luxury Hotels

Historically the district where feudal lords lived during the Tokugawa Shogunate, this area is now home to many global businesses, including Sony headquarters. It also holds Sengaku-ji Temple, the Hara Museum of Contemporary Art, and the city’s second-largest train station. West of the station is Takanawa, an upscale residential neighborhood.
