Great location near Shinjuku station

Posted Mar 25, 2015
Pros: Very convenient location, our room was spacious, quiet, very clean and a comfortable setting. A very good value for our money.
Location: Golden Gai neighborhood and other great dining choices all price levels, great variety of shopping, very close to Shinjuku train station.
We stayed here on the recommendation of a Japanese friend. This is a wonderful hotel. The location is wonderful. So close to the train station, shopping, dining, and the beautiful Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Our room had a view of this park and was a very relaxing sight. I felt it was a wonderful stay, we stayed for 6 nights and felt so comfortable. I don't speak any Japanese but the staff was able to help us with any questions. I will stay here again when I return to Tokyo.

Good location, super view, great place to stay.

We stayed in a double room with a panoramic view and it was nice, really nice. The room was super clean and modern and larger than most other rooms we have stayed in within Tokyo. The hotel is clean and modern. The location is excellant with easy access to the metro and JR lines and the heart of Shinjuku and Kabukicho. The only slight negative is that there is no room service and there are very few vending machines within the hotel to compensate; also the one on our floor was short of contents. Not exactly a major problem but an inconvenience...

Convenient location, very near train station and takashimaya shopping mall. There are lots of great eating places nearby too. The rooms had great views over the city, and were very spacious for Tokyo standards! Would definitely stay there again!

Nice hotel which is close to JR station. The only thing is that is not big sign on the entrance of the building showing this is the hotel and its lobby is on 20th floor instead of ground floor. It takes me a while to figure put this is the correct building and the exact floor for the check in lobby.

Great location. Central to shopping and dining.

Pros: The central location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We took the Airport Limo Bus from Narita Airport and the bus dropped us off in front of the hotel. Very convenient. The rooms were cozy and clean. We stayed 2 nights and had a lovely stay.

Great location for travelling and easy access to the metro and JR lines. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful. Food at the hotel is expensive, but there are tons of options just outside. This is great shopping area.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location.

Was so great to be situated right in the heart of Shinjuku city, and a 2-3 minute walk from the train station. The hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the city and a spacious room with a great bathroom. So many restaurants both in the hotel building and nearby, and the staff were very helpful - even lending us an adaptor as we forgot one, and helping us organising airport transport.

Great option for mid priced hotel in shinjuku

Posted Feb 12, 2015
Pros: Modern hotel, great location easily accessible with suitcases from Shinjuku station, amazing views & helpful staff.
Cons: Nil
Stayed here 4 nights in early February. Great base for exploring Tokyo, especially the west side of the city, but only 25 minutes to Ueno on the yamonote line.
