I dont have any complaints to make! They gave us a family room even though i booked for a double room, probably because they saw we had a baby with us. They also put as on the very first room on the first floor which was really convenient for us, as we had many things to carry. Check in and check out as smooth as possible. The room was spacious, clean with allthe basic amenities.

The staff are amazing… so friendly and helpful. I travel a lot for work and like to stay at Village Hotels. The room was generally clean overall however the bathroom floor was tired and brown around the back of the toilet and the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned. Luckily I travel with dettol and just cleaned it up myself rather than faff around. Tea cup was cracked and browned with a dirty teaspoon and so much fluff comes off the towels 😂 It wouldn’t stop me from staying at Village hotels as these things happen!

Was nice enough and all the staff are helpful. I have never experienced it before in a hotel but in the evenings I didn’t have hot water. I reported it via the QR code that is provided in the room for these issues, but nothing was done by it. When I was asked about this on checkout, I told the person checking me out and they told me I should have come down and told them. I was a little gobsmacked as I don’t know why they would have a system setup if they weren’t going to use it.

Very noisy. You can hear every word that those in neighbouring rooms are staying, as well as noise from people coming and going at all hours. Bathroom was filthy, floor clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The only decent thing was the lovely lady at check in

It was a great stay. I didn’t leave the premises as there was not a lot of walkable options but I didn’t need to leave cause the hotel had everything I needed! I would love to come back if ever in the area.
