“Very comfortable rooms.”

Rooms were cozy. Wish there had been an exercise room.

“Relaxing.”

My back was giving me heck, and one of the hotel clerks at the front desk helped me take in things from my car. I was also having trouble using the electronic key, and she showed me what to do. The breakfast bar at JB was excellent. I enjoyed their hominey grits. The only troubles I had were the TV was played too loud in the next room, and I confronted the resident. He did what I asked, either turned it down or turned it off. I think he went to sleep with the TV on, when I knocked on his door at 2:30 in the morning. The second problem was their computer to access the Internet and email would not allow me on to AOL.com.

“Great place”

Free complimentary breakfast at JB's during the week. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. The only problem was we were right under the stairs. It was noisy until about 11pm then it quieted down. Other than that this was a great hotel and we would definately stay there again.

“good but not great”

enjoyed our stay in show low but this motel was only one listed as "pets accepted". didn't mention there was an additional $10 fee for the pet, which we were glad to pay but would have liked to have known up-front. remote for tv never would work even tho batteries were repalaced and cooler was totally inadequate for heat--room stayed overly warm entire time. the location was good and the adjoining restruant was great, plus unexpected free breakfast, which evened out the fee for the dog.

“Clean and quiet”

The motel is being renovated, so things were a little hectic. All in all, I was pleased with the stay and would be willing to stay again. My only complaint is that they didn't restock the tissues!!

“Was the only thing available”

wasn't our first choice, but not a bad place. we booked late, so this was one of the only hotels with a reasonable rate that had rooms available...

“It was average”

It was OK, but is getting old and in need of renovation. There were a lot nicer ones in the close vicinity.

“bad mattress”

My wife has a bad back, and after a long, 5 hour trip in the car, was looking forward to a good night's sleep. Our hotel mattress was way too soft, and really hurt her back during the night. Neither of us slept well. We were switched to another room the next night, and the bed was more firm, but that first night really put a damper on our stay. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay there again.

“Not impressed”

The Hotel had a bar on top of the resteraunt that was in the hotel parking lot. There was alot of noise and beer bottles on the steps going to our room. I was very disatified due to the fact I did not get much sleep listening to the drunks all night long and well into the morning and then dealing with the broken beer bottles on the stairs. If I would have know about the bar, I would have chosen another location. A refund would be in order!!!

“AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!”

Upon check-in they sent me and my family to an already occupied room which apparently had been taken the night before and the staff dismissed as a computer error. Needless to say, walking in on another couple in my room was the height of the evening. They were less then cordial about the entire situation involving driving back and forth from the office to other available rooms. They didn't honor my late check-out request because they said they were busy the following day and didn't have enough maids...? It was VERY poorly run overall by and staffed by obvious meth fiends as well as their friends lurking around the premises. IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS AND THE OVERALL SAFETY OF YOUR FAMILY GO ELSEWHERE!
