Hotel under new management

Great hotel for the price. Rooms seem to be more clean and bathrooms with some improvement. Staff was courteous and attentive. Lobby seems a bit sterile but breakfast area updated with more choices to eat. Sad no jaccuzi though.

This is a good value for the price. The front desk was very friendly. Room was clean, breakfast was good. We'd stay there again.

A good home base.

This hotel was being turned into a Quilty Inn. Rooms where newly redone. Beds where soft and the room was well kept by the maid. There's a Circle K across the street. The heater in the room can cook the room if you want. Breakfast was ok since it was moved to a room so they could redue the hotel lobby.

Thanksgiving in Pinetop

We've stayed here for several years, hotel is old but rooms nicely renovated, new beds are really nice. Breakfast is minimal, but rates are low, so you can afford to eat elsewhere.

Pinetop, AZ

Pros: Where we wanted to be, TV was large and the easy chair.
Cons: Probably the dog friendly room should be on the ground floor.
Location: We ate an early bird dinner at Charley Clark's Steakhouse and ate breakfast at Darbis, all within distance of our hotel.
We missed the call from the front desk, Tina, because of that we missed that it is no longer Econo Lodge. The sign at the address given was Quality Inn. When I called to check if I was in the correct area, Tina, assured me that we were. We were registered, checked in, dog friendly room. My husband like the easy chair, he was able to be comfortable & with his feet up. It was quiet, restful and relaxing after a day of travel.

Very good experience!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and was very happy with the condition of the room and the friendliness and assistance of the staff. I had trouble finding the hotel because I made the reservation on Hotels.com under EconoLodge, but the hotel had changed its name to Quality Inn. The morning breakfast offered at the hotel was not so great, but there are lots of locally owned restaurants close by that have great meals!
