“I would do this trip again with this hotel”

The room was wounderful, the stay was beautiful. The hotel was well kept. Vacation or business this is far enouph from the distractions to get your work done, but close enouph to enjoy the distractions.

“Very nice Hotel”

My boyfriend and I were looking to get away from home for the weekend. We picked a great place to stay. The hotel was about 15 minutes away from Louisiana Downs. We really enjoyed out stay and would go back to that Hotel.

“The Shaws Stay at Baymont”

We love the suites. Great idea for our family getaways. We do not have to worry about any family members being down the hall.

“I will go back again.”

The hotel was great. The only problem I had is one of the rooms had 2 blown light bulbs which I reported to the front desk. The bulbs hadn't been replaced before I left.

“Okay.”

The hotel was not up to par. For what we paid we were expecting something nicer. It wasn't horrible. The setup of the hotel was strange. The front desk employees were nice but very slow.

“needs updating”

This hotel had a very comfortable bed and pillows and was right off I20, but the appliances and furniture were old and somewhat worn. There was very little water pressure in the shower and toilet. The worst part of the room was the carpeting. It was slippery as if they had cleaned it but hadn't gotten the soap out. Our feet and socks were oily and black after a few minutes. We were surprised to hear no airplane noise at all during our stay as this hotel is just outside the airport.

“All that glitters ain't...”

Breakfast was good and the rooms have amenities and overall the place looks decent at first glance but both rooms they moved me into had a stench of dogs/animals, and be sure and check water pressure on arriving. I literally had a trickle of water the next morning. Would have preferred a decent shower over all the fancy trimmings to get you to check in.

“I actually left and rented a room from another hotel!”

The staff at the hotel were more than courteous. I have nothing else positive to say.
