good hotel need better fitness center. epople like to get a work out in early in morning then head to casino.

“very helpful and excellent hotel”

Very good hotel and casino. According to us is the best in town for slots ( we do not know about table games) but at least the slot machines were leaving something in our pockets whilst the casinos nearby were not ( very tight machines). A special thnks goes to Roger the Engineer who helped us out with the lost keys of our luggage - very helpful and prompt- thanks again to all staff for making our stay pleasant. We will certainly return again.

“Pleasantly Suprised”

I was looking for a casino hotel because they are the nicest around. I stayed at another casino the night before and was pleasantly suprised by the large flat screen TV and the size of room and how new everything seemed.

The rooms at boomtown are very nice. The price I got on Expedia was about 40% less than normal charges. Bathrooms clean but small. Great Flat screen TV

“Weekend getaway”

We have stayed at all the casinos in Shreveport and this is the one we keep coming back to. The rooms are nice and they are very affordable. My wife and I will definitely be back.

“Nice, clean, comfortable hotel”

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a friendly and efficient staff. We stayed for a couple of weekdays as a mini vacation, and had a great time. Rooms were nice, as was the whole hotel, although the casino was showing it's age. Great place to stay in Bossier City.

We really enjoyed our experience. Ashley, our blackjack dealer was great! The hotel was reasonably priced. Great location close to other hotels and the boardwalk.
