This hotel was nothing like I had expected. The air did not blow cool, the toilet seat and shower were pealing because of wear and tear. The exterior leading up to my room smelled like pee. It was not a good experience and I will not ever stay at this hotel again. I was so upset that the Baymont Inn was booked. You get more comfort for the same price.

Wasn't expecting much for $30 but the hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was older and needs to renovated and updated. But my room was clean, cold and quiet! And the continental breakfast was good!

Woman who checked us in was very nice and sweet but the next night l went to ask about remote he yelled at me to go back in the other room by the window and told someone to lock the door we are closed it was dirty not happy

Upgraded Room NOT

I paid extra to get an upgraded room and I could not tell that it was any different than a regular room at a cheaper rate. The room needed to be cleaned. It looked like the base boards had never been clean. The pillows were so thin that even doubling them up did not help. Asked for extra pillows and never got them. I will never stay here again.

This room floors needed vacuum. The pillow cotton was coming out. The floor had a decline and inclined in some areas. Our room was on the third floor. The pool water was green and appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned since last summer. The remote didn't control the TV and the battery cover of the remote was missing. The TV was a hunchback (not flat screen) and the picture was very unclear. If my son wasn't standing to the right of the TV we couldn't receive any reception.

Terrrible, unsafe, stopped by man in parking lot

I checked in and went to the room. It was not clean (blood on sheets), smelled like heavy smoke (but supposedly a non-smoking room). A man stopped me in the parking lot. I felt very unsafe. The area was not good. I went with 5 minutes back to the fron desk and checked out. I went to a LaQuinta about 2 miles away and got a room for the night. The lady at the desk told me that the Days Inn was a known low rate hotel and the area was definitely unsafe. All together I spent a lot of money for rooms that night. After talking to a supervisor I did get a refund from Expedia. The Days Inn staff told Expedia that I had stayed in the room. That is not true. I have a copy of the La Quinta receipt showing my check in and departure time.
