The stay was nice but I self parked but was charged for valet service. No big deal except I could not exit the parking garage, luckily the valet guy was there to help me exit. For such a nice facility, that was a little of a let down. I will probably still stay there again in the future visiting my daughter at Centenary.

Hotel was nice but our toilet was not working. We reported the problem, but wasn’t fixed while we were out of the room for 7 hours!

The hotel in my opinion is one of the better ones in the area. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was good as well. There is a fee for breakfast, but it’s made to order. You can either valet or choose to park across the street. If you have bags you can drop them off at hotel then go park. Make sure to talk to staff for parking discount across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant staff was horrible, only because the bar tender was the only one working . Really wasn’t her fault . You guys should not let someone work alone , she was frustrated. And so was the customers.

Not as nice as expected
It was my first time in a Hilton, and I have to say I was very disappointed. My room wasn't ready, despite having made a reservation in advance, I was asked if I really needed a disabled room. They then tried to give me a room with two queens, when I was on a trip with my partner. I couldn't find a cart for my luggage and only one of four employees was willing to help. The room was clean, but nothing special.
