“Great Hotel”

From the free valet service when we arrived to the bellhop carrying our bags out the next day, everything about the Horseshoe hotel was top notch. The dinner buffet was slightly underwhelming, but the hotel itself was excellent.

“Opulent Hotel!”

Several of us cousins decided to take a road trip and I was able to find this great hotel online for one night. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the rooms didn't disappoint either. The staff was very nice and the price for all of this was amazing. We're all talking about going back and staying longer the next time so we can really take advantage of all that was offered. We highly recommend it!

“Excellent Accomodations”

Very spacious rooms with comfortable furniture and bed. Large well appointed bathroom. Super view of the Red River and downtown Shreveport. On previous stay I ate at one of the restaurants. Never again.

“5 Star Vegas Hotel********”

This hotels was beautifully appointed. We stay five star in Las Vegas and this hotel was right there competing. Good Job and thanks for a lovely stay!!!!!!!!!

“Loved the Hotel, beautiful room with a breathtaking view”

I loved the hotel, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The food was excellent. The room was luxurious, very clean, and had a beautiful view of the river. I enjoyed my stay immensely. I definitely would recommend this hotel.
