“Very enjoyable stay - Shreveport's Best in my opinion”

Very happy with hotel. Room was great, very quiet and comfortable. Hotel is close to interstate for business travel and access to dining and shopping in the evenings. Very reasonable rates for quality of hotel. Definitely will be back soon

“Bossier side trip”

The room was nice. I had a nice view, comfortable and it's good the mall was nearby, A couple of things. I find in the evening, the hallway on my way to the elevator, there would be plastic utencils, towels on the floor. On the morning of checkout, (it was not checkout time yet) someone opened the door without knocking, I decided to put the "do not disturb sign" on the door and on my way from breakfast one of the workers opened the door without knocking. In all, it was a pleasant stay.

Area recommendations
I did not travel the city much, across the bridge in Shreveport, I was surprised by the many empty store fronts. I was in Texas and decided to end my road trip in LA.

“"Can't wait to go back"”

This was a great place to stay. All the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and polite. It was our first time there and we are definetly going back again. We have already referred our friends there.

“great rooms but dirty furniture and carpets”

Nice size rooms and bathroom; little water pressure in large bathtub so no soaking bath! Furnitur and carpets were dirty. Overall would recommend as a second tier hotel.

“Nice place to stay for a night”

The hotel seemed clean, the concierge was pleasant both at check-in and check-out, the room was decent. Huge shower/bath tub. The amenities were alright, there were older televisions in the room and one was sitting on the ground. We didn't have a problem with cleanliness in the room or at the front desk. There did seem to be a lingering smell of cigarette smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room, but that's hard to get away from anywhere in Shreveport. We didn't go to the casino, but the stores in the hotel and surrounding the casino seemed nice. We only stayed for a night and it probably wouldn't be a hotel I would vacation to for a weekend. The bed was pretty comfortable, the sheets did have a small hole in them and one of the pillows did not have a pillowcase. There were some stains on the carpet, but they were hardly noticeable.

“Excellent Stay”

My sister and I spent one night. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only thing I did not care for was the fact we were in an adjoining room and our side of the door did not have a lock. It seemed that any occupants in the room next to us could come right on in. We put one of the big chairs in front of the door. Other than that, great stay!

“Not impressed”

Bathroom wasn't cleaned prior to arrival. Hair on floor. The shower would "thump" and then stop working. The aircondioner made a beeping noise & we had to cut it off in order to sleep at night. Had shipped a package prior to arrival (after calling the hotel & making certain this was ok). Was told upon arrival and the following day the package wasn't there. Tracked the package and it had arrived prior to our arrival. Front desk couldn't find it and wasn't overly helpful. They told us we had to contact the "shipping" people. We called the shipping people and were unable to speak to anyone, having to leave a message. Returned to front desk, spoke with another lady and she then called the shipping and spoke with the manager, who ended up being the person that signed for the package delivery. They had tried to deliver the package & were informed no reservations for the name on the package! The package had the same name as our reservations, no explanation as to why this happend. They did apologize.

“awesome just sweetly awesome”

The room was beautiful. The service made us feel like a king and queen, but if you are into slot machines they are a bit old. Not very impressed. Have better machines locally. Overall we did not want to leave.

Must go to the louisina boardwalk. It is quite beautiful.
