Pros: location
Cons: Everything can be improved
the pillows are hard as a rock. the water pressure low, there was only one trash can in the room, The AC did not work the room did not cool. I sleep better at home with my flat pillows. the little breakfast was noting but the waffles and little stuff.

Pros: Clean
Everything seemed good. During my stay we had a winter storm and I was able to pick up some food next door at the Ihop. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Worst hotel experience ever

Had reservations for a week. Showed up and all rooms were full except for a completely disgusting smoking room (which the front desk tried to give away to three people before us in our 45 minute line). Still have not been reimbursed. Will never use expedia again.

Best place to stay in Shreveport

My husband and I have stayed at this La Quinta several times. It is by far the best place to stay in Shreveport. Lisa at the front desk is amazing. They know which room we like and always make sure we get it. We love that the hotel is pet and smoker friendly. It's a great place for a one night, or extended stay!

The hotel was very nice and clean. I was disappointed with all the packaged food for breakfast, e.g. no bread to make toast. We like that they take our kitty at no extra charge! Will stay again in La Quinta's because of that.

The only reason I didn't give all fives was we didn't have alot of interaction with hotel staff to appropriately label hotel services and the neighborhood was full of hotels so we feel that we don't have much to say on that part either. During my trip I stayed at two hotels each different companies, this one was by far the best of the two. We could understand the desk clerk and she was thorough with any questions we had. The room was very clean and well organized. I would definately stay at La Quita again and recommend to friends.

Incredibly nice people at the front desk. When I checked in the front desk attendants were terribly courteous. I stay at a lot of upscale and middle scale motels/hotels in my business and usually it is simply "get them in and get them out" even at the top star hotels. This place was the exception. When I checked out with different people at the front desk, the reception was still good and pleasant. Obviously, the manager is doing a good job of training as the front desk people are exceptionally gracious; this is very important to me.
