“Enjoyed my stay”

I have stayed at this inn a number of times... The staff is very courteous and the rooms are always clean and well stocked. It is quiet and in a great location.

“FANTASTIC!!!”

After I had already booked my reservations, I read the other reviews and was scared to stay here! But I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at how clean and quiet my stay was! The complimentary breakfast was AWESOME!!! The pool and Jacuzzi was very clean and maintained. The shrubs and bushes and trees were very well kept and it was super clean on the grounds. I will stay here EVERY time I am in Bossier City!

“Home away from home”

We traveled 7 hours we were tried , the room and bed was very nice.

“Very Pleasant, Will Stay Again”

Check-In: Quick check-in, in fact, seemed to be the fastest I've ever had. Room: - Room was a suite with a wood burning fireplace. (Did not try to have a fire but it was nice to have the fireplace.) - Room was clean and well organized. The remote control for the TV was dead so I had to manually change the channels, but I didn’t spend too much time with the TV anyway. - No bedbugs (I am a pest controller so this is something I check). - Bed was ok, typical hotel bed, on the hard side. Linens were clean and fresh. Bathroom: Shower was clean. Overall, the bathroom was excellent. Food: Breakfast was ok, typical modified continental breakfast, but it was nice to start the day with a free breakfast. Check-Out: Checkout was fast, no hassles. Overall Stay: Staff was courteous and accommodating. Price of the room couldn’t be beat. The reservation was made online and was easy to complete. I will stay in this hotel again if the opportunity arises.

bad experience , our room was great up to the point that the room above us was rented out to a bunch middle school cheerleaders that decided to practice cheerleading till 2 in the morning ! there were times that we thought our ceiling was going to cave in with all the tumbling & jumping going on. hotel manager couldn't put a stop to it after complainig 2-3 times...lost sleep ...so next time we rent a room were gonna enquire about the people who rents the room above us..our next stay won't be at mainstay suites..sorry

“Noisy but ok”

The most disappointing part was the backsplaskh in the tub it was kitterally falling off the wall and cracked. Also the Highway noise was dreadful. Once i got used to that din, I had to contend with the refridgerator that sounded louder than the traffic. Other than that the service breakfast and the rest of the stay was pleasant.

“Never again!”

I stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago and the toilet did not work, the icemaker was broken and there was a bullet hole in the window. I addressed the manager with my concerns and informed him that I am frequent traveler in this area, and liked where the hotel was located. He offered me a 15% off discount if and when I would like to stay again and I decided to take him up on his offer and give the hotel a chance again on 9-17-2011. That was a huge mistake! The downstairs television was turned on and made a loud pop and then there was the smell of an electric fire. After spending hours on the telephone trying to have someone to bring a new televison the issue still went unresolved. My boyfriend called and the person at the front desk told him that she would give him some room keys and he could go to random rooms and look for a television! You have to be kidding me! On top of that, the downstairs bathroom shower did not work. The ice in the icemaker had a musty finish or taste...which means that the filter needed to be changed. You get what you pay for!
