“Impressed. Would definately use again if in the area.”

I was escaping a hurricane and booked this hotel hoping it was in a safe area since the town was unknown to me and my family. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was definately clean. You could smell the cleaning supplies in all areas on the building. The room was really spacious and comfortable. I definately was not expecting this kind of service and facility for such reasonable rates. A wide variety of eating establishments and shopping within a 2 mile radius. This is most certainly an excellent place to stay!!!!

“conveinient location for many things”

The hotel is located off of I-20, near Barksdale AFB without being in the noise zone. The room was comfortable, and the property has a restaurant and two small bars for on premise entertainment

Ceiling was filthy due to air cond. temp difficult to control. Needs a major update or remodel

Hotel was not kept up. Access to second floor was less than adequate. Lights were out in the hall and there was no suit case rack in the room.

beds were very hard/lumpy, all rms are smoking and they all stink like smoke..

The staff was helpful, but the room was sad. If you are on a budget, go ahead and spend the money for a better hotel. Location is good, but facilities are old. Our room was upstairs. We went in through a side entrance and were horrified at the hallway in a closet. The toilet was broke, the mirrors were grey around the edges, etc. This room looked nothing like the pictures. There is a better stairwell in the lobby. It is worth the walk. Overall, I'm staying somewhere else next time.

“A place to send someone you don't like .”

Dirty . Ashes on floor , ashes in hall along with cigarette stubs that were ground into the carpet .Carpet was dirty and smelly . Mold in bath, toilet dirty . Wife would not use tub . Checked out early next AM after one night . 30 years ago this was atop notch Hilton . The same carpet and paint are still there . Frig in room smelled like someone had just taken a 5 week old dead rat out .

“The Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in in my life”

It only got worse when we drove around the building to get to our room. The back door was propped open and never locked allowing anyone to come and go as they pleased. Our room did not have a room number on it. The television looked 20 years old. There was no ironing board, soap, shampoo, towels or even toilet paper. I had to go all the way back to the front desk to get the missing items. The room was supposed to have a king size bed but had 2 double beds instead. The only thing the front desk manager would do was to knock $10 off of our bill or give us our money back. The whole town was booked up for New Years so we had no where else to go. I will never go back to this place and would advise anyone else not to waste their money.

Bugs, poor front desk, poor parking and lighting, no locks on perimeter doors working, maze to get to rooms, gunshot holes in windows, dirty sheets stacked outside of rooms, dog phesis on hallway floor, disgusting conditions, I would have NEVER stayed at this gross place had I known, but it was listed as a ** 1/2 star.....NOT!

Dreadful. I went to another Hotel. This hotel was very dirty and have avery bad odor.
