This hotel is n need of serious renovations and remodeling I would not recommend anyone to come stay the staff was very polite I see why the price was cheap get what u pay for!!

Bait and Switch

Pros: Location.
Cons: Deliver the room that was advertised.
Location: Right off I-20, exit 22 in Bossier City. Air base is close, have all the major food chains in near proximity. Shopping mall is within blocks.
Booked a non-smoking room with two double beds, wi-fi, cable tv, microwave and refrigerator for one night,. Check-in time was after 4:00pm. Here is what I got - ash tray in room (was suppose to be non-smoking), no remote for tv, no microwave and no refrigerator. Sliding glass doors to pool area were bolted shut so they could not be used (I will pass this on to the state fire marshal). When I asked for another room containing what was advertised I was told by front desk staff that they would try to accommodate - it never happened. After checking in it was too late to try to find another place. I recommend that Expedia.com drop this hotel from its offerings. If Expedia.com doesn't drop them, I will never use Expedia .com again.

Location: Near casinos and shopping center.
We were moved to another room. The staff was very freindly. It is a good place for a construction worker to stay.

The hotel is run down. The carpets turned your feet black. They rent by the week a lot of domestic fighting. Exterior doors not secured at night, the one we used didn't even have the hardware to keep door secure anyone has accesses. Definitely do not recommend.

Worst ever

Took 3 tries to get keys to work only to find someone was already in the room. Got new room ALSO occupied. Finally got an empty room, no toilet paper or towels. Went to front desk , asked for some , the guy at desk FINALLY quit texting and said " we out " resumed texting as if I wasn't there . I asked if I should go to walmart & purchase some , he just shrugged , so that's what I did. I was looking forward to sleeping late but someone from the staff started banging on the door at 8:00 am wanting to know if I was checking out at 11:00 or if I wanted to stay another day.
