“Great Weekend Getaway”

Our hotel experience was top notch from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and inviting. The only complaint I have was that the shuttle to and from the casino was a little scary. So much so that after the first night we just drove everywhere, which, in all honesty, wasn't that bad.

Great place to stay! Watching the racehorses next door was definetly a plus!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly. They always greeted us upon entering the lobby. Room was uniquely laid out with a desk separating the sitting and bed areas. The room was clean, linens smelled fresh, and bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast in the lobby was wonderful and included make your own waffles!

“The Perfect Getaway”

The room was cozy. The pillowtop mattress was heavenly. The only thing I could complain about is the walls were thin;but I won't!!!

“Surprisingly attractive”

We planned to stay at this hotel because we have a big family and it had suites. But we were really surprised by how beautiful the rooms were. Very thoughtfully decorated in a modern, yet totally comfortable style. And you can watch the racehorses practice at sunrise:)

“Awesome stay!”

The room was immaculately clean. Everything was fresh and felt like home. The service at the desk was wonderful, we wanted for nothing our entire stay. Great hotel, we're planning a return visit soon!

“Yes, stop looking, stay here!”

My family of five stayed here for two nights when we visited family nearby. There was a baseball team at the hotel, but the staff was easily capable of dealing with the crowd. The breakfast buffet stayed replenished, and open later than posted, to deal with the hungry teenagers and regular guests. The rooms were very nice, clean, tastefully decorated, and modern. We all enjoyed watching the horses train in the morning on the track next door. The pool is kind of small, but it was just right for us...if there had been a few more people...not so much. That's me looking for something negative to say. Otherwise, this was a great visit at a great hotel, and we will be staying here again next summer when we visit Bossier again!

“Nice Hotel - Location next to Harrah's”

Location is next to Harrah's. So if you don't mind being about 10-15 min from Boardwalk or other locations it is great. Staff was friendly and room was ready upon our arrival. The breakfast was good (not outstanding) but the staff working the meal was excellent. The cost was a little high but our overall stay was very good.

Hotel was really nice, only complaint was room could have been cleaner. When we arrived we found syrup-like substance on carpet and bathroom floors in several spots. Made us wonder how well room was cleaned. Room was very comfortable. Loved the layout of the room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Would definately stay again.

This was my first stay at this hotel.
