“Great hotel, great staff”

This hotel was great we really enjoyed our stay. Despite our late arrival we were still greeted with a warm friendly smile. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was stocked with everything we needed we even had extra sheets and pillows in the closet. We requested a crib and it was waiting in our room when we arrived. I can not say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Anytime we visit Shreveport we will be coming back to stay here . Thank you

“nice hotel”

This was a very clean hotel, fairly new. The gym was nice with several pieces of equipment, there was an on site laundry room. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was conviently located.

GREAT STAY.. HOPE TO RETURN SOON.. LATER ON IN THE DAY. THE ONLY PROBLEM I FACED IN RETURNING WAS PARKING AVAILABILITY. I HAD TO USE A HAMPTON PARKING LOT NEXT TO IT.
