Expedía shure not be posting fake pictures of hotels that aren’t true definitely do not recommend this Oyo hotel if I could post some pics that I took you will know what I’m talking about bed with duty sheet I reserved a non smoking room and was so strong the smell roaches all over the room no blankets only one bed sheet I ask for extra pillow guy said didn’t hove first of all we arrived and lobby where locked we have to wait till some one showed up like 30 minutes definitely do not go there! I will never come back to that location!

There was dirt on the floors and it seemed the room was never cleaned. I didn’t expect high quality with OYO but this was ridiculous. Area is unsafe. Just save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

The manager gave away both my rooms. And when I called to ask why he hung up on me and wouldn’t talk to Me. We went by the hotel and he locked the doors and said they were sold out. This place it run wrong. Do not recommend.

I got into the room and turned on the lights the list was a mile long of things wrong. There were roaches everywhere, it looks like someone partied in the room and nobody cleaned it and handed it right over to me. There were cigarette butts in the bed side table drawer, none of the doors closed including the one that got you into the room, there was an empty bottle of crown royal in the freezer, there was 2 empty small baggies that clearly had drugs in it. The bed was stained, holes in the walls, stains all over the walls paint, bed bugs, the water didn’t work, they had no covers on the beds, the toilet had no lid to the tank. This was hands down the most vile, disgusting and disturbing place I have ever been to in all my years of traveling. I left immediately and slept in my truck. I will never in my life go back to an OYO Hotel!!!

The first room was dirty, smelled bad, and only had 1 towel in it. I didn't think much of it but we asked to switch to a different room because of the smell. The new room was absolutely filthy. It also smelled bad. I took my finger and moved it across the top of the dresser and it was covered in dirt. There was a message written on the mirror that no one had even tried to clean off. The shelf was broken and hanging off of the wall. We immediately canceled the reservation and received a refund, then went to another hotel. Do not stay here.

There was no cable at all, so we didn't even get to watch TV.. the room was dirty found empty drug bags in our room..the people that are here long term to stay where very noisy and was looking for drugs, etc.. stayed here before it wasn't that bad this is awful now... The room was not clean - trash under both beds and behind the dresser. There was no remote for the television. It was a double room so should have been stocked with at least two towels, but there was only one. I found a cockroach on the wall. Both mirrors had lipstick messages written on them and only one light smear across each to indicate any attempt had been made at cleaning. The toilet was broken and ran non stop.The pool was disgusting, with trash floating in it, algae growing, and more trash around the surrounding grounds.There was mold and decay on the walls. I knew at this price, it wouldnt be fancy, but it could have been a lot cleaner and in decent repair. My fiance also woke up with 3 large bug bites that looked suspiciously like bed bug bites.

I checked in only to immediately check out!! This property needs to be condemned!!! The room was filthy. Roaches!! No blankets only flat sheets !! No towels only one wash cloth and it was used!!! Gum on the dirty lamp! Broken lock on the door !!! How safe is that??? Now they are calling me a liar and saying there was nothing wrong with the room!!! And will not give me my money back !!!! Again I was not staying in the room!!!

My week in Shreveport
First off, this is a Motel 6 wanna be!! Super basic, bed & shower. The rooms need maintenance done in the worst way. Take a look at the photos. Good thing, I only saw one roach bug. Water was hot. bed was broken, had to sleep facing the center of the room because the legs for the bed was broken and the head of the bed was tilled down. Only had one towel & one wash cloth. One tiny bar of soap, one saw shampoo pack. TV never worked, the nice man at the desk could never get it to work. WI-FI was slow. Lasty, the light in the bathroom did not work, even after swapping out the blub.

Staff (manager) was super nice. However, this is basically a 1 star hotel. There were bugs, the swing lock on the front door was broken, the water came out of the faucet brown, the sheets had big holes in them, the towel rack was broken and hanging off the wall, and remember ... there were bugs! Gross!

First off the room was nasty floors looks like however clean up they sweep everything under the beds roaches crawling everywhere the only thing good was hot water and TV. If I could of gotten a refund I would've but the said I would lose the money for both days. Finally on check out day it's 10:30 am there wasn't anyone to be found at the front desk then finally he comes out his room almost 1 hour later.

The beds were covered in blood and other stains from the top down to the bed skirt. Looked like someone puked blood all over the top part of the bed. Shower and toilet both continuously ran. Could not turn off. The weed smell was so bad thought we might get a contact high. The pool had moss growing in it. People hiding in the bushes doing who knows what. We walked in the room and it took about 45 seconds of looking to say nope not staying here. This should be an embarrassment to the OYO Hotel franchise and Expedia. The pictures need to be taken down that are posted on any website as they are definitely false advertising.

The room was very clean, but wish there were more pillows and even a comforter on the bed instead of just a plain top sheet. There were only two pillows and that was very uncomfortable for me. My husband had no problems with just one pillow. Overall, the stay was sufficient.

A/C didn’t stand hotel staff never lifted a finger to do anything about it. Over 80 degrees in the room. No way to sleep in there. The guy in my other booked room woke up with bites all over his legs. No idea what from. Only positive thing was my Expedia Gold Status got me a cancellation on remaining booking with my money refunded. Still ended up paying for the first night in both rooms.

It's sad we cannot get affordable accommodations without sacrificing cleanliness and sanitation. There was no bed spread on the bed, only sheets. There were roaches-- lots of roaches. We could not get a non-smoking room--wasn't offered even though we asked twice. The air conditioner didn't work properly. Hotels should have to abide by certain health regulations, but apparently no one cares if you get disease from roaches, mold, and filth. My son needs a place to stay weekly while going to work as an intern for his degree. He is high-functioning autistic, a college student, and only works part-time, so $80-100 a night rooms are not affordable. It sickens me that this is the kind of place that he is forced to stay in and no one cares that they are such a health hazard.

The first room had no blanket or top sheet. No towels or even toilet paper in the room. It looked like it had been nearly stripped and never been finished. There was a fist hole in the bathroom door. When my husband went to the front desk to get us moved a woman propositioned him not 3 feet from the door. She was high AF. We were on our second hotel that night or we would have left. The other hotel was actually worse. We both refused to shower as there was no way it was actually clean plus they didn't have towels more then 2 tiny hand towels in the room. The other place we flat out walked up and then just left. It was worse. I have paid less for better by a mile. The whole area had gotten worse since the last time I was there.

I reserved a King Bed, smoking room. Upon check in, they informed me that the room i RESERVED was no longer available but they do have a double bed room available. I no longer wanted to stay due to the environment outside and not having the room I reserved available. They were unhelpful and refuse to refund my money since they did have rooms available just not the one I reserved.
