Everything about the visit was wonderful with the exception of the elevator being down.

This hotel is wonderful. The rooms are nice and tidy. The breakfast was superb!

The only issues I had with the hotel is that the bed is too close to the wall. You have to be careful if you are barefoot or you may stub a toe. Otherwise, the room is perfect. Thete is only one elevator in the hotel and it is slow as molasses.... the entire experience was great, friendly staff and nice location.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel just as a get-away trip. While there the bath water was a redish/brown and there was no credit or remorse for this, the attendant at the front desk said it would be fix some time the next day, (which it was not). I awoke early to make tea only to my surprise there were dirty cups and lids and the white towels were not so clean there where brown and yellow spots on the towels, we stayed there 2 nights due to my registration withn expedia I was not pleased at all. The actual bed was the most comfortable part. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever! Highly disatisfied.

Staff were friendly and helpful. While the grounds were kept up, the lobby is nice, our room door sounded like blue whales every time we opened or shut it. I am sure is was annoying to others as well as to us. We also had to have our toilet plunged and it seemed like it was very sluggish. However, housekeeping responded quickly, just seems maybe more is needed for the problem. As a single woman traveler not sure I would stay there alone as area is a bit suspect. With a group or for couples go for it! Good rates and clean. Breakfast buffet was well maintained and fresh. Did not use but appreciated the location of the computer business space. First time to stay with this chain. The reviews of others helped us decide to stay here.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I left some very sentimental jewelry behind when we checked out and the housekeeper got it for me and held it at the front desk. I will always love this place for taking care of me!

This hotel was very clean and obviously new. My room on the first floor was very quiet and I had a great stay and good night's sleep there. My only problem was that it was very hard to control the temperature of the room. It constantly blew out cold air. It was very centrally located.

It was real convienant, right around corner from casino.

Neighborhood looks kinda ghettoish, but it's a good spot ;)

I didn't deal with staff except checking in then out. But they were very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. We had some of the breakfast the 2n morning, and it was good. Will stay again.
