I received a great welcome from Zac who I also saw hard at work clearing tables at breakfast the following morning. Upon leaving, Victor asked if I was happy with everything during my stay - which I was. I believe that taking a genuine interest in the guests' experience should be an essential part of the process and it is sad when reception staff are either not bothered or don't for fear of receiving a negative response."
