Very helpful hostess - lots of local informationPosted Aug 5, 2014
Location: Lots to see and do in Shrewsbury and Ludlow. Especially nice was Church Stretton - most of the prices were much lower than anywhere else we visited.
Pleasant venue but difficult to find due to the incorrect postcode. Charming old house with lots of character. Would definitely visit again.

Pleasant country housePosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: Out of the way
Cons: Lower the shower pressure slightly!
Location: Good pub about a mile and a half down the road
Excellent place to stay but watch the showers, they are very powerful.

Caro's B&B is a gem of a place! Hidden away and in the middle of the countryside so not ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action but for what we wanted, it was perfect. The B&B itself is gorgeous - with just two rooms, it feels very homely and Caroline is the wonderful host. The garden is lovely - wild and full of veg plants (my perfect garden!). The room itself was a good size and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

great stayPosted Jul 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Lovely location surrounded by fields (only noise was sheeps baas, beats traffic any day!) with plenty of near by towns/villages, pubs, shops and walks, including shrewsbury and beautiful carding mill valley national trust. Great b+b; comfty beds, nice bathroom with bath and shower and tv so very relaxing, enjoyed the delicious breakfast with big choice, including rasberries picked from the garden and also sitting in the pretty garden.

Not what we expected from a B&BPosted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The common room of the house smelt unplesant.Hostess requested an arrival time which we could not give, as being at leisure on holiday. She advised that she would leave a key for us. We arrived at 6 pm and left for dinner and no hostess in evidence when we arrived back at 10 pm.Breakfast egg only partly cooked and as soon as we sat to eat , were asked what time we were leaving as she had to go out in half an hour.Inconvenient location along long narrow winding country roads. We chose a B&B to have interaction with locals and find out what was interesting in the area. We could not get WiFi to work on our computer.Room was clean and facilities ok.in the bed room. Would not recommend this B&B unless you wanted an isolated country location.

Caro's is a really welcoming B&B, set in lovely country along a little track. Squashy sofa's and a roaring log burner in the lounge made a dull January evening much nicer, and Caro welcomed our well behaved dog into the downstairs lounge as well. Breakfast was outstanding with locally sourced sausages, bacon, eggs etc, all freshly cooked to order. A great place to stay in Shropshire.
