The room was very clean, the personnel helpfull, we asked for our room to be changed as it was facing the street and the noise was bothering us and the receptionist was very kind and gave us a new room on the spot, far away from the street noise! The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of dishes, suitable for any taste!

I am for the second time in hilton sibiu and I will come back again, for those who love the traditional Romanian food there is also a restaurant Camara Boierului near the hotel,zoogarden is oposite just 5 minute walking.

Loved the fact that they had a hair salon but shame it was closed during my stay. The food was very delicious at the Romanian restaurant, even better than at a restaurant in Old Town that we tried. Spa nice but wish it closed later (at 11pm) rather than 10pm

Everything was ok , maybe the curtains to old still for Hilton hotel. Better to put some flys and mosquitos protection door , we had few flys who disturbed our stay.

Tranquility on the outskirts of Sibiu
Hotel is located a bit out of town so walking into the old town is not possible but it is very near the village museum so if you are looking for tranquil location then this is ideal.

Stayed here one night before my fight out and I was unimpressed to say the least. Luxurious in the grand scheme of things I suppose with the decor throughout the halls and reception, and the staff was friendly indeed, but it totally lacked basic amenities that you hope to receive at this price per night, especially in this economy here in Sibiu. There should be no mold around the tub, lamps shouldn’t be broken and this is just what I noticed in my few hours I spent in the room. Also, it’s the 21st century so there is absolutely no reason for the wifi to be so bad I can barely check-in to my flight, at least in my room.

This hotel is ok but I expected more from the Hilton brand. The Wi-Fi was very slow in the room and staff weren't the most friendly.Felt it lacked atmosphere. Didn't feel that i got valu for money.

We have booked a room with park view and when we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room without a balcon, but with a window with view to a wall. The staff from the reception, instead of being willing to solve, was upset that we want the booked room and even aggressive. Overall the staff from restaurant and bar, those from spa and pool were very polite.

OK hotel, but not very useful staff. Far from downtown Sibiu. Restaurants on the premise were disappointing. Room were clean and large buy the beds were small - twin beds. Good, but starting to look tired ...
Good rather than great place to stay. Room and en-suite looking a bit tired and could do with a re-vamp. A little bit noisy (from the corridor) also. Didn't get balcony view that was booked, but couldn't be bothered to complain! Pool and spar area reasonable, but floors very slippery. Wifi coverage very poor and slow even in parts of hotel where signal was strong.

Best hotel in Sibiu
Pleasant stay for two nights visiting from Los Angeles. Breakfast very good! Staff friendly and helpful. If you plan a trip to the Astra Museum, nearby, ask for a horse carriage tour from hotel front. Very enjoyable! We will visit again!

There is no next time at this hotel.
+: parking, big and clean rooms, good location, SPA -: dinner roomservice food was cold and probably cooked a few days ago (duck brest, halibut, pastas) ; if you pay in advance also the breakfast and you want to have it in your room, you have to pay it again; only one small shower gel in the bathroom; no shoe shine sponge, no sewing kit, no pencil and paper in the room; the water is going out from under the bathtub; the toilet water was flushing continuously.

More of a 4 star hotel. Luxurious compared to other hotels in the region, but it is showing its age. Peeling wallpaper, carpet stains, scuffed furniture... Also, no staff to assist with luggage. One should not have to schlep all of their bags to their rooms in a 5 star hotel unless they want to. Area was gorgeous, however, and it was nice to be away from the main part of the city in the forested area. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Yes the hotel is quite a way from town but whenever we asked reception to call a taxi it arrived within a couple of minutes and 15lei (£3) is so cheap to it didn't matter. Spa deserves a mention as its amazing. Pool also great although on our last day it did have a very strange smell to it that was a little off putting, other 3 days we were there it was fine.

Not family friendly
The hotel is clean and the room was comfortable. However, the staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating. Do not book this hotel and expect to have an enjoyable time in the pool. Elderly spa members, not even hotel guests, rule the pool and the manager supports rules such as no jumping, splashing or even kicking loudly. This was not an enjoyable hotel for my family and I would not recommend paying higher prices for such an average hotel with unfriendly staff members.

Everything was very good except for the internet reception in room, the bed pillow and the meager bathroom amenities for a 5 star hotel. Far from the old town. You absolutely need a car to stay here.
