Overnight stay in transit.Posted Jun 13, 2015
Pros: As above.
Cons: Noticed some tiny bugs crawling on bathroom floor which should be dealt with.
Location: Located on Mara lake with lots of boats near by, I'm sure anything to do with water would be a possibility.
I was quite pleased over all. Really liked the cubby hole shelf unit for putting small bag, purse, etc out of way. Nearby restaraunt/ pub was very handy and nicely located and well staffed. Morning breakfast was quite adequate. We enjoyed our stay.

Ok stayPosted Jun 10, 2015
24hr front desk means you wake up someone with an intercom. Room was decent for price but could have use a little refresh.

Right at the marinaPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: Close to where we needed to go
Cons: read my earlier remark
Location: Like I said, it is right at the marina
Nice room, quiet. Beds were comfortable. Could use a little patch and repair in places, the front door looks as though some tried to pry it open as there were marks on the door frame from possibly a crow bar and the security chain was broken off the door frame.

Nice and clean. Close to lake and nice resturant/pub. Breakfast area a bit cramped.

Pretty good motel at this price range.Posted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels
We stayed in this motel during busy salmon spawning season. All motels/hotels in Salmon Arm were fully booked 2 months ago, so we were forced to check out the surrounding areas. For $100/night, this motel is pretty good - clean and safe.

Near the waterPosted Oct 3, 2014
Pros: Nothing special.
Cons: Everything. We went out for breakfast.
Location: Next to good Pub.
Old, noisy. Frig didn't work. Rowdy clientele. The worst hotel on our 21 day trip.

AlrightPosted Oct 1, 2014 on Hotels
Wasn't expecting a motel - pictures don't show the outside doors. Felt fairly safe despite this. The liquor store/pub next door was fairly quiet despite being a Friday night. The sink was a bit clogged, and there was almost no space for the playpen they provided. The breakfast was sorely lacking imo - juice boxes, apples were the only fruit, small selection of bread and muffins. Staff was very helpful.

Not worth the pricePosted Sep 22, 2014
Could hardly move room was so small. Staff very friendly but doesn't make up for quality of room for size and comfort. Very old and outdated.

Okay motel room. Breakfast very basic - juice in boxes and not refrigerated. Frig in room had no freezer section, yet froze everything on the top shelf.
