“Lost Clerk”

My only complaint about my stay was the clerk was no where to be found on my arrival, other guests had already waited about 20 minutes, ringing the service bell multiple times. We were worried that something was wrong. Tried to call the hotel number on my reservation, but it was disconnected. Finally called Expedia, and while on hold, clerk came to desk. Room was very satisfactory, overall.

“Not bad but they could do better”

Stayed here for 5 days straight because work sent me here on a contract job and it was close to the clients work site. - Language barrier at times with guy at front desk - No TV Channel guide in room. Front desk told me to watch the slow scrolling TV Guide channel. Also, had to reprogram labels on each channel on TV - Chair in room worn/ripped - 4 of 6 electrical recepticals in room didnt work. They were worn and anything plugged in would fall out. Hotel only changed 2 of them when requested. Why not do the job right and fix all of them? - "Order Inn" room service menu in the room is not valid at this hotel, They should remove them from rooms. - Housekeeping used my own bags, without permission, as trash can liners - Never changed the sheets, towels only. Otherwise, the hotel is located close to the highway, with everything located at the next exit over (exit 74 -- Route 41/West Main Street) so its in a great spot. Cant complain much the price but they could do better,
