Nice and quiet, good servicePosted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Smiling faces and cleanliness.
Clean and comfortable, nice environment and good breakfast. A Du-du were sent to picked us up at the airport by the hotel, with 3 adults, 3 pieces of luggage and 3 backpacks, we hardly squeezed in, and almost sitting on top of each other, after we complained to the manager, he arranged to have a 4 door sedan brought us to the air-port when we left. What a good service!!

親切なスタッフ・清潔な設備 Kind staff and clean roomPosted Jan 9, 2015

Great Boutique Hotel close to Phsar LeuPosted Dec 15, 2014
Very cozy and a beautifully designed boutique hotel. Large room and very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and tasty. Staffs are very helpful and polite. This hotel is off Route 6 and right opposite Phsar Leu (market). Safe and convenient to walk out for shopping at the morning/evening market. It's about less than 15mins tut-tut ride (USD$1/person) to Old Market / Pub Street.

Overall the hotel is good. But one thing need to take note on the cleanliness of the bed. There're dirt stain on the bed and the pillow cover is not clean.

Excellent customer servicePosted Dec 11, 2014
Pros: >> The staff are very polite and helpful. >> The food is very good! Freshly made noodle soup for breakfast is highly recommended.
Cons: I hope that they will continue their good service and upkeep of the hotel facilities.
Location: The location is near the airport, Angkor Wat temple and very close to the market/restaurants. Easy access to transportation ( tuk-tuk).
The whole staff is very accommodating. The chef made a special chicken soup made with fresh ingredients and herbs. It was very delicious that we asked them to include it in their menu.

Nice hotel with lovely bedroomsPosted Nov 21, 2014
The hotel was really good but the location was not so close to te important places to visit. Also the tours that the hotel offers are pretty expensive comparing them with other tours.

Nice HotelPosted Nov 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is great value for money and staffs are helpful. Massage setup is not hygienic enough such as having pillow without pillow case ( it was improved after our comment to the staff) and massage service sometimes goes wrong becoz it is outsourced. Other than that, the hotel is nice and we will stay there again next visit to Siem Reap.
