Angkor Sayana Hotel and Spa an excellent choice.Posted Mar 9, 2014
Great hotel, great room. Staff attentive and helpful. Not located close to PUB Street but within easy walking distance which was a plus for me. The hotel restaurant meals were well presented and delicious. Much better than those I ate on Pub Street and for a better price. Had a foot massage upstairs which I enjoyed immensely.

Excellent hotel, perfect locationPosted Dec 31, 2013
Pros: Location, rooms, service and breakfast buffet.
Location: Restaurants, shopping, pharmacies are all very close.
Sayana Anghkor is beautifully appointed. The rooms and comfortable and and have all the amenities, including WiFi. The rooms with river view have balconies and are well worth the extra money. The staff is attentive and are ready to make any arrangements. The location is perfect, close to all the restaurants. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with fruit, salads, continental as well as hot cooked items. If we are back to Siem Reap, this hotel would be our first choice.

Good location, good hotel, good price.Posted Dec 29, 2013
Pros: Staff were fantastic.
Cons: Hot water supply for showers made more comprehensible.
Location: Three temples within easy walking distance, all worth a visit, but not the main reason to go here.
Cambodia was amazing and choosing this hotel was one of the better moves I made when planning the trip. Easy walking distance to 'downtown' Siem Reap aka Pub Street and environs.

A Great Value for the LocationPosted Sep 16, 2013 on Hotels.com
The night view picture of the hotel made it looked more upscale than it really is. However, for the price, the large size of the room, the convenient location, and the free breakfast and pick-up from airport, it is a great bargain. If you do a 2 day tour with the hotel, then airport drop-off is also free. The staff were friendly and professional. The spa on the top floor also offers good massage and facial session with reasonable prices. If Sayana upgrades the furniture and decor in the lobby, it would make the hotel more upscale.

Clean and convenientPosted Sep 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very enjoyable. The hotel provides complimentary pick-up service at the airport (you must call to arrange it) which was very nice. However, the trip back is not provided by the hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, being within walking distance of various neighborhood restaurants and the night market. There is an abundance of tuk tuk's for transportation in the city as well. The lobby and rooms are nice with extensive wood paneling. The rooms are large compared to Asian hotels in general. The internet service was good although not super fast. The service by the attentive staff here is excellent. The breakfast is included with the room at the hotel restaurant and the buffet is very good, especially the green mango salad that is usually available. The noodle soups are made per order - the broth was too salty one day but otherwise the food was good. The dinner there is ok but there are much better choices elsewhere in town. They will pack a breakfast for you if you need to leave the hotel prior to 6AM when they open (we noticed they actually open around 6:10-15AM, which could be an issue if you have somewhere to go in the early morning. Overall, this is a great hotel and a great value for this area.

AmazingPosted Sep 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staying at the Angkor Sayana was just amazing. We received the best service in this hotel, the front desk lady who took care of us when we arrived was just lovely and everyone was so helpful and friendly and they all made us feel really welcome. The location was also good, just a short drive from Angkor Wat and the other temples (you can book a taxi at reception) and a 10 minute walk to the city centre where you can find nice shops and restaurants. I would definitely book this hotel again!

PerfectPosted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We stayed here for 4 nights and I can't mention enough praise for this hotel. First I should comment that this hotel has really stunning decor, it has a wooden, panelled style that I found to be just beautiful. The lobby area is spacious and has a wonderful ambiance to it. The rooms are spacious and provide all the benefits as expected of a 4 star hotel. The staff were the most memorable experience for us. Every time we went up or downstairs they would warmly greet us. They would assist with anything we needed during our stay. Just outstanding service. The breakfast buffet was very good. Highly recommended.
